開口を形成する少なくとも1つの拡張具構造を、開放構成の維持対象である体内管腔付近に進めるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの拡張具構造が展開構成で前記体内管腔の直径より0%〜60%大きな直径を有するように、前記体内管腔の内層組織に対して前記少なくとも1つの拡張具構造を展開するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの拡張具構造が前記体内管腔の開存性を維持しつつ、前記体内管腔の前記内層組織内に部分的又は完全に陥入されるように、前記体内管腔内に前記少なくとも1つの拡張具構造の位置を維持するステップとを備える方法。

前記少なくとも1つの拡張具構造を展開するステップは、前記拡張具構造の直径を変化させるステップを備える項目9に記載の方法。
(項目11)
前記位置を維持するステップは、組織結合を促進するため、前記拡張具構造に沿って規定された1つ以上の固定構造を介して前記少なくとも1つの拡張具構造を固定するステップを備える項目9に記載の方法。
