Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- ユーザーの吸煙動作によってガスが引き出されうる通路となるガス流路と、前記ガス流路内のガス流センサと、メモリと、を含む吸入装置の操作を制御する方法であって、前記方法が、
前記ガス流センサからのガス流測定値を記録するステップと;
前記ガス流測定値を、メモリに格納されたユーザーの吸煙特性と比較して、相関スコアを提供するステップと;
前記相関スコアの値に基づいて、前記装置のさらなる操作を可能または不可能にするステップと、を含む、前記方法。 - セットアップ手順の間に、前記ガス流センサからのシグナルに基づいてユーザーの吸煙特性を記録するステップと;前記メモリに前記ユーザーの吸煙特性を格納するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザーの吸煙特性を記録するステップが、第一の所定の期間に前記ガス流センサを通過するガス流量を記録するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ユーザーの吸煙特性を記録する前記ステップが、前記ユーザーに前記第一の所定の期間開始の表示を提供するステップを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ガス流測定値を記録するステップが、第二の所定の期間に前記ガス流センサを通過するガス流量を記録するステップを含む、請求項3または請求項4に記載の方法。
- ガス流測定値を記録する前記ステップが、ユーザーに前記第二の所定の期間開始の表示を提供するステップことを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記装置のさらなる操作を可能または不可能にするステップが、前記相関スコアを閾値スコアと比較するステップと、前記相関スコアが前記閾値スコアを超える場合には、前記装置のさらなる操作を可能にするステップと、を含む、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記相関スコアが前記閾値スコアを超える場合、前記ガス流測定値に基づいて、前記ユーザーの吸煙特性を変更するステップをさらに含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス流測定値を前記ユーザーの吸煙特性と比較するステップが、以下のパラメータである、
吸煙終了までの時間、ピーク流量までの時間、第一の最大流量までの時間、第一の最小流量までの時間、ピーク流量間の時間、流量変化速度、ピーク流量の数、ピーク流量での流量、吸煙容量、ピーク流量比、流量比の変化率、吸煙間の間隔、およびカーブ形状のうちの1つ以上を比較することを含む、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記ガス流測定値を前記ユーザーの吸煙特性と比較する前記ステップに先立ち、時刻に依存して、前記記録されたユーザーの吸煙特性を変更するステップをさらに含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記システムを使用不可能にするステップが、所定の使用不能期間の間、前記システムを使用不可能にするステップことを含む、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複数のユーザーの吸煙特性を格納することを含み、前記ガス流測定値を前記ユーザーの吸煙特性と比較するステップが、前記ガス流測定値を各吸煙特性と比較して、複数の相関スコアを提供することと、前記複数の相関スコアのうちの最も高いものに依存して、前記装置操作の操作を変更することと、を含む、請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラム製品であって、ユーザーの吸煙動作によってガスが引き出されうる通路となるガス流路と、前記ガス流路内のガス流センサと、メモリと、を含む吸入装置において、プログラム可能なコントローラ上で実行される際に、請求項1から請求項12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する、前記コンピュータプログラム製品。
- 吸入装置であって、
前記装置の操作を制御するように構成されたコントローラと;
ユーザーの吸煙動作によって、ガスが引き出されうる通路となるガス流路と、
前記ガス流路内のガス流センサと;
メモリと、を含み、
前記コントローラが、前記メモリに格納されたユーザーの吸煙特性を前記ガス流センサからのガス流測定値と比較して、相関スコアを生成するように構成され、および前記相関スコアの値に基づいて、前記装置の操作を可能または不可能にするように構成された、前記吸入装置。 - 吸入システムが電気的に作動する喫煙システムである、請求項14に記載の吸入システム。
