Claims (3)
- 金属製表面材と裏面材間に芯材を形成し、金属製表面材の上下端部に雄雌連結構造を形成した横長で長尺状の金属製外装材において、金属製表面材はフッ素樹脂塗装鋼板よりなり、該フッ素樹脂塗装鋼板の表面のフッ素樹脂塗膜に対してコロナ放電を施し、該コロナ放電を施したフッ素樹脂塗膜上に水性フッ素塗料を形成したことを特徴とする金属製外装材。
- 水性フッ素塗料にワックス剤を添加したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属製外装材。
- 水性フッ素塗料に乾燥助剤を添加したことを特徴とする請求項1および/または2記載の金属製外装材。
