Description
(1)他のハウジング内に設けられた回路基板と、外部同軸ケーブルとの間の同軸接続を提供するためのコネクタであって、
リアプレートと、前記リアプレートの外縁から前方側に延伸する壁部と、前記リアプレートの後方側の面上に形成され、前記外部同軸ケーブルと嵌合する嵌合部と、を有し、前記前方側に位置する前記他のハウジングに取り付けられる箱状のコネクタハウジングと、
心線と、前記心線と同心に設けられた金属製のシェルと、を有し、前記コネクタハウジングの前記嵌合部と嵌合した前記外部同軸ケーブルと前記他のハウジング内に設けられた前記回路基板との間の前記同軸接続を提供するための細線同軸ケーブルと、
前記コネクタハウジングの前記リアプレートおよび前記壁部によって規定される前記コネクタハウジングの内部空間内に設けられ、前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記シェルに電気的に接続されるシールド部材と、を含み、
前記シールド部材は、前記細線同軸ケーブルを保持するための保持機構を有していることを特徴とするコネクタ。
前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記取付け部を、前記シールド部材の前記保持機構で保持した際に、前記シールド部材と前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記シェルとが電気的に接続される上記(1)に記載のコネクタ。
前記保持機構は、前記一対の延伸部で前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記取付け部を挟持することにより、前記細線同軸ケーブルを保持する上記(3)に記載のコネクタ。
前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記心線は、前記コンタクトピンにはんだ接続されている上記(1)ないし(4)のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。
前記コンタクトピンの前記一方の端部は、前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記心線にはんだ接続されており、
前記コンタクトピンの前記他方の端部は、前記外部同軸ケーブルに接続される上記(5)に記載のコネクタ。
前記コネクタのコネクタハウジングとは異なるハウジング内に設けられ、前記コネクタに接続された回路基板と、を含むことを特徴とする電子デバイス。
Claims (8)
- 前方側に位置する他のハウジング内に設けられた回路基板と、外部同軸ケーブルとの間の同軸接続を提供するためのコネクタであって、
リアプレートと、前記リアプレートの外縁から前記前方側に延伸する壁部と、前記リアプレートの後方側の面上に形成され、前記外部同軸ケーブルと嵌合する嵌合部と、を有し、前記前方側に位置する前記他のハウジングに取り付けられる箱状のコネクタハウジングと、
心線と、前記心線と同心に設けられた金属製のシェルと、を有し、前記コネクタハウジングの前記嵌合部と嵌合した前記外部同軸ケーブルと前記他のハウジング内に設けられた前記回路基板との間の前記同軸接続を提供するための細線同軸ケーブルと、
前記コネクタハウジングの前記リアプレートおよび前記壁部によって規定される前記コネクタハウジングの内部空間内に設けられ、前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記シェルに電気的に接続されるシールド部材と、を含み、
前記シールド部材は、前記細線同軸ケーブルを保持するための保持機構を有していることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記細線同軸ケーブルは、前記シェルに電気的に接続されている取付け部を有しており、
前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記取付け部を、前記シールド部材の前記保持機構で保持した際に、前記シールド部材と前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記シェルとが電気的に接続される請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記シールド部材は、前記コネクタハウジングの前記内部空間内において前記リアプレート上に位置する平板状の本体部と、前記本体部と一体に形成された前記保持機構と、を有している請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記保持機構は、前記本体部の一部を前記前方側に折り曲げることにより形成された一対の延伸部を含み、
前記保持機構は、前記一対の延伸部で前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記取付け部を挟持することにより、前記細線同軸ケーブルを保持する請求項3に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記外部同軸ケーブルと、前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記心線との間を接続するコンタクトピンをさらに含み、
前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記心線は、前記コンタクトピンにはんだ接続されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。 - 前記コンタクトピンは、前記コネクタハウジングの前記リアプレートを挿通し、一方の端部が前記リアプレートの前記前方側に位置し、他方の端部が前記リアプレートの前記後方側に位置し、
前記コンタクトピンの前記一方の端部は、前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記心線にはんだ接続されており、
前記コンタクトピンの前記他方の端部は、前記外部同軸ケーブルに接続される請求項5に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記コンタクトピンの前記一方の端部と、前記細線同軸ケーブルの前記心線との間の接続部分は、絶縁性の保護部材によって覆われている請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のコネクタと、
前記コネクタのコネクタハウジングとは異なるハウジング内に設けられ、前記コネクタに接続された回路基板と、を含むことを特徴とする電子デバイス。
