Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る繊維強化樹脂複合材の一例として、繊維強化樹脂複合材を用いたセンターピラーを例に採って説明する。図1は、車体側部構造1の外観を示す模式図である。図1に示す車体側部構造1は、車両の左側部の構造の一部を概略的に示している。なお、図1に示すように、本明細書において、車幅方向をX方向、車両の前後方向(車長方向)をY方向、車高方向をZ方向と表記する場合がある。
次に、本実施形態に係る繊維強化樹脂複合材からなる筒状部40の製造方法の一例を説明する。

Claims (7)
- 隔壁により形成された軸方向に延びる複数のセルを有するハニカムコア材と、
前記ハニカムコア材の周囲に巻回された連続繊維を含み前記ハニカムコア材の周囲に設けられた繊維強化樹脂層と、
を備える繊維強化樹脂複合材において、
前記ハニカムコア材の外形の少なくとも屈曲部における前記ハニカムコア材と前記繊維強化樹脂層との間に、前記屈曲部を被覆する補強層を備える、繊維強化樹脂複合材。 - 前記補強層が、前記繊維強化樹脂層を構成する樹脂材料と非相溶性の材料からなり、前記屈曲部に沿う前記補強層の外面形状が湾曲状である、請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂複合材。
- 前記繊維強化樹脂複合材が長手方向を有し、前記ハニカムコア材の前記セルの軸方向は前記長手方向に交差しており、
前記補強層は、前記長手方向に沿って延在する前記屈曲部を被覆する、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維強化樹脂複合材。 - 前記ハニカムコア材と前記繊維強化樹脂層を構成する連続繊維とが離間している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂複合材。
- 前記繊維強化樹脂複合材の長手方向に直交する断面を見たときに、前記ハニカムコア材の表面が、前記補強層の最外表面よりも内側にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂複合材。
- 前記繊維強化樹脂複合材が、車体構造に用いられる部材であり、
前記セルの軸方向が、想定される衝撃荷重の入力方向に沿う、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂複合材。 - 隔壁により形成された軸方向に延びる複数のセルを有するハニカムコア材と、前記ハニカムコア材の周囲に巻回された連続繊維を含み前記ハニカムコア材の周囲に設けられた繊維強化樹脂層と、を備える繊維強化樹脂複合材の製造方法において、
前記ハニカムコア材の外形の少なくとも屈曲部を補強部材で被覆する工程と、
前記補強部材で被覆された前記ハニカムコア材の周囲に、当該ハニカムコア材の周囲を巻回する連続繊維を含む繊維強化樹脂層を形成する工程と、
を備える、繊維強化樹脂複合材の製造方法。
