Claims (5)
- 車幅方向の外側に配置される繊維強化樹脂製のアウタ部材と、
前記車幅方向の内側に配置されて前記アウタ部材に接合される繊維強化樹脂製のインナ部材と、
前記アウタ部材及び前記インナ部材の間に設けられた繊維強化樹脂製のエネルギ吸収部材と、を備え、
前記エネルギ吸収部材は、前記車幅方向に延在し、車体の高さ方向に重ねて配置された複数のエネルギ吸収プレートを有し、
少なくとも一つの前記エネルギ吸収プレートの厚さが前記車幅方向の外側から内側に向けて漸増して前記外側の厚さが前記内側の厚さよりも薄くなっており、
前記車幅方向の内側の端部から外側に延びる前記エネルギ吸収プレートの板厚の中心線が斜め上方を向く、繊維強化樹脂製のセンターピラー構造。 - 複数の前記エネルギ吸収プレートの厚さが、上側から下側に向けて漸増する、請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂製のセンターピラー構造。
- 複数の前記エネルギ吸収プレートのうち、少なくとも一つの前記エネルギ吸収プレートの上面が平坦面であるとともに下面には屈曲部が設けられる、請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂製のセンターピラー構造。
- 前記エネルギ吸収プレートの板厚の中心線が、前記車幅方向の外側の端部から所定位置まで略水平に延び、その後、前記車幅方向の内側の端部まで斜め下方に延びる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製のセンターピラー構造。
- 前記エネルギ吸収プレートを前記車幅方向の外側の端部から破壊させる基点を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製のセンターピラー構造。
