Claims (8)
- 伸縮可能な絶縁シートと、
前記絶縁シートに、前記絶縁シートの長さ方向に延伸して設けられ、前記絶縁シートの幅方向に並列配置された複数の導電糸と、
前記複数の導電糸と重なることなく、前記絶縁シートの一面に前記複数の導電糸と混在するように前記絶縁シートに設けられた熱融着性を有する複数の樹脂糸とを具備することを特徴とする電気中継部材。 - 請求項1に記載の電気中継部材において、
前記導電糸及び前記樹脂糸はそれぞれ前記絶縁シートに縫い付けられていることを特徴とする電気中継部材。 - 請求項2に記載の電気中継部材において、
前記導電糸及び前記樹脂糸はそれぞれミシン縫いにおける上糸をなすことを特徴とする電気中継部材。 - 請求項3に記載の電気中継部材において、
前記導電糸に対する下糸は前記導電糸と同じものとされ、
前記樹脂糸に対する下糸は前記樹脂糸と同じものとされていることを特徴とする電気中継部材。 - 請求項1に記載の電気中継部材において、
前記絶縁シートは経糸と緯糸とからなる布とされ、
前記導電糸及び樹脂糸はそれぞれ前記布に波状に編み込まれていることを特徴とする電気中継部材。 - 伸縮可能な絶縁シートと、
前記絶縁シートの少なくとも一面に設けられた伸縮性を有する熱可塑性の接着層と、
前記絶縁シートと前記接着層とよりなる複合シートに、前記複合シートの長さ方向に延伸して縫い付けられ、前記複合シートの幅方向に並列されて前記接着層上に配置された複数の導電糸とを具備することを特徴とする電気中継部材。 - 請求項6に記載の電気中継部材において、
前記導電糸はミシン縫いにおける上糸をなすことを特徴とする電気中継部材。 - 請求項7に記載の電気中継部材において、
前記複合シートは前記絶縁シートの両面に前記接着層を有するものとされ、
前記導電糸に対する下糸は前記導電糸と同じものとされていることを特徴とする電気中継部材。
