Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一端面が管軸方向に対して傾斜した複数の短管を、曲管状となるように端面どうしを突き合わせた状態で接合した曲管において、
繊維と樹脂とで形成される積層部が、少なくとも前記短管の隣り合う2つの接合部を含む管軸方向の所定部位の管外面全体に設けられており、前記積層部の厚みが前記短管の厚みの0.3〜3倍とされていることを特徴とする曲管。 - 前記積層部の厚みが前記短管の厚みの0.3〜1倍とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲管。
- 前記積層部が、少なくとも前記所定部位の管外面全体および管内面全体に設けられており、前記積層部全体の厚みが前記短管の厚みの0.3〜3倍とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲管。
- 前記積層部の管内面側の厚みが管外面側の厚みよりも小さく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の曲管。
- 前記積層部全体の厚みが前記短管の厚みの0.3〜1倍とされていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の曲管。
- 前記短管の厚みと前記積層部の厚みとを合計した管厚は、前記所定部位の円周方向曲げ剛性または円周方向抵抗曲げモーメントのいずれかが、同口径のダクタイル鋳鉄管と同等以上となるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の曲管。
- 前記積層部は、マットまたはスダレ材に樹脂含浸させた布状繊維層を最内層とし、その最内層の上にクロス状に織られた織布体に樹脂含浸させた織物繊維層と前記布状繊維層とを交互に積層したものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の曲管。
