Claims (13)
- 対向する第一の可撓性側辺、第二の可撓性側辺、及び、前記第一の可撓性側辺と前記第二の可撓性側辺との間に設けられ、稜線がそれぞれ前記第一の可撓性側辺及び前記第二の可撓性側辺に接続されている複数の波状構造を含む波状濾過網であって、軸線に対して筒状構造に巻かれ、前記波状構造の稜線を前記軸線に平行させ、前記複数の波状構造の最初、最後の波状構造に対応する側辺は分離可能に直接又は間接的に接し、前記筒状構造の両端はそれぞれ前記第一の可撓性側辺及び前記第二の可撓性側辺で囲んで第一の開口及び第二の開口となる波状濾過網と、
前記第一の開口に設けられ、第一の凹溝を有する閉鎖装置であって、前記第一の可撓性側辺は、前記第一の凹溝内に弾性係合されることで前記第一の開口を閉鎖装置で閉鎖することが可能である閉鎖装置と、
前記第二の開口に設けられ、第二の凹溝及びポートを有する接合装置であって、前記第二の可撓性側辺は、前記第二の凹溝内に弾性係合されることで前記第二の開口を前記ポートに連通させることが可能である接合装置と、
を含む筒状濾過装置。 - 前記波状濾過網は、前記接する最初、最後の波状構造に対応する側辺を固定するための接続部品をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の筒状濾過装置。
- 前記筒状構造内に設けられ、それぞれ前記閉鎖装置と前記接合装置との間に接続支持されている支持装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の筒状濾過装置。
- 前記波状濾過網は活性炭濾過網である、請求項3に記載の筒状濾過装置。
- 前記第一の可撓性側辺及び前記第二の可撓性側辺の高さは、前記複数の波状構造の厚さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の筒状濾過装置。
- (H×N×2)/Dの値は3〜30であり、
Hは前記複数の波状構造の厚さであり、
Nは前記複数の波状構造の個数であり、
Dは前記筒状構造の内径である
請求項1に記載の筒状濾過装置。 - チャンバ入り口と、チャンバ出口を有する第一の裏面とを含むチャンバと、
前記軸線が前記第一の裏面に垂直であるように設けられて第一の裏面に接続されており、前記ポートを前記チャンバ出口に連通させる請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の筒状濾過装置と、を含み、
前記チャンバ出口、前記ポート及び前記チャンバ入り口はエアフロー経路を共同して形成し、前記波状濾過網は前記エアフロー経路に位置する
濾過システム。 - 前記チャンバは、前記第一の裏面であって前記チャンバ出口に対応する位置に設けられている突合せ装置をさらに含み、前記接合装置は前記突合せ装置と突き合わせ、前記筒状濾過装置を前記第一の裏面に固定し、前記第一の開口を前記チャンバ出口に連通させる、請求項7に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記チャンバ入り口は前記第一の裏面の対向側に位置する、請求項7に記載の濾過システム。
- 前記軸線は水平面に平行である、請求項7に記載の濾過システム。
- (S1000)対向する第一の可撓性側辺、第二の可撓性側辺、及び、前記第一の可撓性側辺と前記第二の可撓性側辺との間に設けられ、稜線がそれぞれ前記第一の可撓性側辺及び前記第二の可撓性側辺に接続されている複数の波状構造を含む波状濾過網を提供することと、
(S2000)軸線に対して前記波状濾過網を筒状構造に巻き、前記波状構造の稜線を前記軸線に平行させ、前記複数の波状構造の最初、最後の波状構造に対応する側辺は分離可能に直接又は間接的に接し、前記筒状構造の両端はそれぞれ前記第一の可撓性側辺及び前記第二の可撓性側辺で囲んで第一の開口及び第二の開口となることと、
(S3000)第一の凹溝を有する閉鎖装置を前記第一の開口に設け、前記第一の可撓性側辺は、前記第一の凹溝内に弾性係合されることで前記第一の開口を前記閉鎖装置で閉鎖することが可能であることと、
(S4000)第二の凹溝及びポートを有する接合装置を前記第二の開口設け、前記第二の可撓性側辺は、前記第二の凹溝内に弾性係合されることで前記第二の開口をポートに連通させることが可能であることと、
を含む筒状濾過装置の製造方法。 - 接続部品を用いて、前記接する最初、最後の波状構造に対応する側辺を固定することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の筒状濾過装置の製造方法。
- 建築空間に進入するガスを濾過するための請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の筒状濾過装置の用途。
