Abstract
Description

Claims (11)
- 一連の呼吸中の呼吸ガスを分析する方法であって、
前記一連の呼吸中の第1の呼気、第2の呼気、および第3の呼気のパラメータを測定するステップと、
前記第1の呼気の第1の測定値が第1の所定基準を満たすかを判定するステップと、
前記第2の呼気の第2の測定値が第2の所定基準を満たすかを判定するステップであって、前記第1の測定値が前記第1の所定基準を満たすと判定されるときに、前記第2の測定値が作成される、ステップと、
前記第3の呼気の第3の測定値が第3の所定基準を満たすかを判定するステップであって、前記第2の測定値が前記第2の所定基準を満たすと判定されるときに、前記第3の測定値が作成される、ステップと、
前記第3の測定値が前記第3の所定基準を満たすと判定されたとき、前記第3の呼気を保存し、それによって、ガス分析器による前記一連の呼吸中の非典型的な呼吸の分析を防止するステップと、
前記保存された第3の呼気中の呼気終末一酸化炭素濃度を分析するステップと、
を備えた、方法。 - 前記呼気終末一酸化炭素濃度が、溶血を判定するために用いられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記呼気終末一酸化炭素濃度が、一酸化炭素中毒を判定するために用いられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の呼気が、着脱可能なサンプリング区画に保存される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の所定基準は、複数の呼吸に関連付けられた傾向に基づいている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 患者の生理パラメータを監視するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記患者が新生児患者である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記生理パラメータが、前記患者の血圧、心拍、呼吸速度、一回換気量、分時拍出量、吸気:呼気比率、血液ガス、心拍出量、吸気終末CO2濃度、肺かん流、塩基過剰、酸素飽和度、および換気:血流比率から成るグループから選択された少なくとも1つを備える、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記生理パラメータが、患者の年齢である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記生理パラメータが、患者の体重又は身長である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記終末呼気一酸化炭素濃度の分析中に補正因子をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
