Claims (5)
- 導電体の表面を有する芯線と、前記芯線を被覆する圧電体層と、前記圧電体層を被覆する導電体層とを含むセンサ素子と、
前記導電体と前記導電体層との間の電位差に基づいて、該圧電体層に印加された外力を検知する圧電検知部と、
前記導電体および前記導電体層のいずれか一方における静電容量に基づいて、物体の存在を検知する静電容量検知部と
を含む、センサシステム。 - 前記センサ素子が、前記導電体層を被覆する絶縁体層を更に含む、請求項1に記載のセンサシステム。
- 前記センサ素子が、繊維と組み合わされて、紐、ロープ、編物、織物および不織布からなる群より選択される繊維製品を構成している、請求項1または2に記載のセンサシステム。
- 前記センサ素子が、リボン状またはシート状の繊維製品に対して接合されている、請求項1または2に記載のセンサシステム。
- 前記圧電体層が、有機圧電材料または有機圧電材料と無機圧電材料との複合体から構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。
