Claims (4)
- セラミックス又はプラスチックを粉砕して粉末を生成する工程と、
前記粉末と摩擦帯電しやすい容器に前記粉末を投入して揺動回転させる工程と、
帯電した前記粉末を凝集させて粒状体を乾式で造粒する工程と、を有し、
前記粒状体は、バインダを使用せずに静電気力で凝集力を促進させることによって粒径が制御される、
ことを特徴とする粒状体の製造方法。 - 前記粉末又は前記容器と摩擦帯電しやすい別の粒状体を混合することで凝集力を促進させ、前記粉末が造粒されたら分級により別の粒状体と分ける、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粒状体の製造方法。 - さらに、凝集した前記粒状体を回転焼成炉で焼結させて圧密化する工程と、
焼結した前記粒状体を電動篩で所定の粒径のみ抽出する工程と、
抽出されなかった前記粒状体を粉砕して粉末を再利用する工程と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粒状体の製造方法。 - 前記粉末は、リチウム、チタン若しくはジルコニウムのいずれかを含む酸化物又は窒化物である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一に記載の粒状体の製造方法。
