前記シグナル伝達分子または前記ナノ粒子が、前記分析物の濃度に依存する蛍光発光強度を示す、1つ以上のセンサーを用意すること;
前記1つ以上のセンサーを前記流体に曝露すること;
前記蛍光発光強度を測定すること;および
前記測定された蛍光発光強度に基づいて、前記分析物を検出すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記流体が、生体液である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記生体液が、血液である、請求項29に記載の方法。
