以下、本発明の第2実施形態に係る流路切換弁について、図6、図7を参照して説明する。本実施形態の流路切換弁は、弁本体とケースとの接合に赤外線溶着を用いている点が第1実施形態の流路切換弁との構成上の主な違いである。

Claims (8)
- 弁本体と、前記弁本体に収容される弁体と、前記弁本体に接合され、前記弁体を駆動する駆動機構を収容するケースと、を有する流路切換弁であって、
前記弁本体と前記ケースとの間には、全周にわたって接合された環状の接合部と、前記接合部を互いの間に挟むように配置された環状の第1のバリ溜め空間および環状の第2のバリ溜め空間と、が設けられていることを特徴とする流路切換弁。 - 前記弁本体は、周壁部を有し、
前記ケースは、前記周壁部の内側に配置される筒状部を有し、
前記周壁部の内側に前記筒状部の先端が嵌合されている、請求項1に記載の流路切換弁。 - 前記第1のバリ溜め空間は、前記周壁部と前記筒状部との間に配置された閉じた空間である、請求項2に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記第2のバリ溜め空間は、前記周壁部と前記ケースとの隙間により外部に通じている、請求項2または請求項3に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記接合部は、前記周壁部の内周面と前記筒状部の外周面とが全周にわたって接合された部分である、請求項2〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記第1のバリ溜め空間は、前記筒状部の先端寄りに配置され、
前記第2のバリ溜め空間は、前記周壁部の先端寄りに配置されている、請求項5に記載の流路切換弁。 - 前記第2のバリ溜め空間は、前記接合部寄りの一端部の反対側にある他端部が前記ケースに設けられた環状の溝で構成されている、請求項6に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記第2のバリ溜め空間は、前記他端部が前記一端部より外側に張り出すように形成されている、請求項7に記載の流路切換弁。
