Claims (16)
- 燃料電池スタックのカソードに連結される空気通路が形成されたバルブボディー、及び前記空気通路の開閉のためにバルブボディーに回転可能に取り付けられたバルブフラップを含む燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置であって、
前記バルブボディーにおいて空気通路の外側位置にバルブシャフトが回転可能に取り付けられ、前記バルブフラップはバルブシャフトの回転中心から一側に偏った位置に結合されることを特徴とする、燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。 - 前記バルブボディーは、
バルブフラップが回転可能に取り付けられ、外形をなすメインボディー;及び
前記バルブフラップの密閉時にバルブフラップと接触し、前記メインボディーに着脱可能に結合されるサブボディーを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。 - 前記サブボディーはメインボディーより向上した粗度を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記サブボディーはメインボディーより硬度が高いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記メインボディーはアルミニウムダイキャスティングで製作され、前記サブボディーは、メインボディーより向上した粗度及び硬度の確保のために、ステンレススチールから製作されるかあるいはアルミニウムハードアノ−ダイジング(anodizing)で後処理して製作されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記空気通路は、入口側空気通路及び出口側空気通路を含んでなり、前記入口側空気通路及び出口側空気通路は単一バルブボディーに形成され、前記バルブフラップは入口側空気通路及び出口側空気通路をそれぞれ開閉させることができるように複数からなり、前記複数のバルブフラップは入口側空気通路及び出口側空気通路を同時に開閉させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記メインボディーに取り付けられたバルブモーター;及び
前記バルブモーターとバルブシャフトを連結し、バルブモーターの動力をバルブシャフトに伝達するバルブギアをさらに含み、
前記バルブシャフトは、メインボディーに回転可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。 - 前記バルブフラップは空気通路の一端を覆う形に密閉させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記バルブフラップは、
バルブシャフトと結合されたバルブプレート;及び
前記バルブプレートをカバーするプレートカバーを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。 - 前記プレートカバーは、サブボディーとの接触の際、騒音及び衝撃を吸収するとともに空気通路との気密性を向上させるように、ラバー素材から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記メインボディー側に一端が結合され、バルブシャフト側に他端が結合されるように取り付けられたもので、前記バルブフラップが空気通路を密閉させる方向に移動するようにバルブシャフトに回転力を提供するリターンスプリングをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記プレートカバーには、バルブフラップの密閉時に空気通路をなすサブボディーの隔壁と接触するカバー突起が一体に形成され、前記カバー突起は、バルブフラップが密閉された状態で、隔壁の端部を覆う形に隔壁の端部と面着し、前記カバー突起と隔壁の端部との間には、バルブフラップが密閉された状態で、気密性能の向上のためにオーバーラップ区間が存在することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記バルブシャフトは、バルブシャフトの回転中心とサブボディーの隔壁の末端が垂直線と一致するように取り付けられ、前記バルブプレートは、バルブシャフトの回転中心から一側に偏った位置に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- バルブフラップが前記カバー突起の突出長だけバルブシャフトの回転中心から偏ることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 前記バルブフラップは、密閉状態を基準に完全開放時の夾角が鋭角を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
- 燃料電池システムの運転停止の際、バルブフラップには空気通路を閉鎖状態に維持するバルブフラップの閉鎖力及びバルブフラップを基準に内外部の圧力差による圧力が同時に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用空気バルブ装置。
