Abstract
Description
濃度3.5質量%の食塩水に試料(吸水性樹脂)を2時間浸漬する。このとき、試料の全体が食塩水に浸かるようにする。2時間浸漬後の試料の重量を測定し、その測定値W1と、予め測定した食塩水への浸漬前の試料の重量の測定値W0とを用い、次式により、試料の膨張率を算出する。 膨張率(%)=(W1/W0)×100
吸水膨張性ウレタン樹脂におけるウレタン系樹脂の含有量は、該吸水膨張性ウレタン樹脂の全質量に対して、好ましくは60〜95質量%、より好ましくは70〜90質量%である。
吸水膨張性ウレタン樹脂を含有する保水層3(吸水膨張性を有する保水層3)の吸水前の坪量は、好ましくは0.1〜2.0g/m3、より好ましくは0.5〜1.5g/m3である。
電気防食構造体1Bは、隙間60の隙間方向60Xの長さが好ましくは5〜100cm、より好ましくは10〜50cmである場合に特に有効である。
前記実施形態では、電気防食構造体を構成する複数の層(電極層2、保水層3、付勢手段5)が隙間方向に積層されていたが、隙間方向伸縮性を有することを前提として、隙間方向と直交する方向に積層されていてもよい。ただし、電気防食構造体を構成する複数の層どうしは通常、伸縮特性が互いに同じではない(電極層2は通常は非伸縮性)ため、これら複数の層を隙間方向と直交する方向に積層すると、その積層構造からなる電気防食構造体の隙間方向伸縮性にばらつきが生じ、隙間の伸縮に対する追従性が低下する可能性がある。この点を考慮すると、前記実施形態のように、電気防食構造体を構成する複数の層は隙間方向に積層されることが好ましい。

Claims (10)
- 内部に金属材が埋設されたコンクリート構造物を含む、複数の構造物が隙間を設けて対向配置されている場合に、該隙間に配置され、該金属材の電気防食に使用される電気防食構造体であって、
前記金属材と電気的に接続される電極層と、保水層とを有し、且つ前記隙間の隙間方向の長さの変化に応じて該隙間方向に伸縮する伸縮性を有する、電気防食構造体。 - 前記電極層及び前記保水層を含む複数の層が前記隙間方向に積層された構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 前記保水層が前記電気防食構造体の前記隙間方向の両端に位置し、その隙間方向両端の保水層の間に前記電極層が位置している、請求項2に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 前記隙間方向両端の保水層の間に、該保水層を前記隙間方向外方へ付勢する付勢手段を有し、該付勢手段と該隙間方向両端の保水層それぞれとの間に前記電極層が位置している、請求項3に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 前記付勢手段が、吸水膨張性素材、弾性発泡体、弾性部材及びジャッキからなる群から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項4に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 前記保水層が吸水膨張性を有する、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 前記保水層が、吸水性樹脂が配合されたウレタン系樹脂を含有する、請求項6に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 前記電極層が、前記金属材に対して電気化学的序列が卑となる金属材料を含有し、流電陽極方式により腐食する犠牲陽極として機能する、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 前記電極層が、高珪素鋳鉄、磁性酸化鉄、鉛合金、表面が白金族金属の酸化物で被覆されたチタン製基材、又は表面がニッケルで被覆された炭素繊維を含有し、外部電源方式により不溶性電極として機能する、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の電気防食構造体。
- 内部に金属材が埋設されたコンクリート構造物を含む、隙間を設けて対向配置された複数の構造物において、該隙間の近傍の該金属材の電気防食を行う電気防食方法であって、
前記金属材を露出させるためのコンクリートの削除を行わずに、前記隙間に、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の電気防食構造体を配置する工程を有する、電気防食方法。
