Abstract
Description
(i)重合性歯科用複合材を、耐圧性鋳造鋳型に移し、
(ii)10〜500MPaの範囲、好ましくは125〜250MPaの範囲の圧力を、耐圧性鋳造鋳型内、特に鋳造鋳型のそれぞれの鋳型キャビティ内の重合性歯科用複合材に加え、
(iii)鋳造鋳型の少なくとも一部または重合性材料を、規定の方法で90〜150℃の温度に加熱し、ここで、特に重合歯科用複合材を、熱重合し、好ましくは少なくとも1つの材料のブロックを得る、製造方法である。

Claims (16)
- 重合歯科用複合材の少なくとも1つの材料のブロック(3)の製造方法であって、
(i)重合性歯科用複合材を、耐圧性鋳造鋳型(100)に移し、
(ii)10〜500MPaの範囲の圧力を、前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型内の前記重合性歯科用複合材に加え、
(iii)前記鋳造鋳型の少なくとも一部ならびに前記重合性材料を、規定の方法で90〜150℃の温度に加熱する、方法。 - 前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型(100)が、複数の部品で形成され、かつ少なくとも、a)少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティ(2)、好ましくは少なくとも2個の鋳型キャビティ(2)を有する少なくとも1つの一体型中央部(1)を有する下部(0)、ならびに少なくとも1つの上部カバー(7)を含むか、またはb)下部(0)、少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティ(2)、好ましくは少なくとも2個の鋳型キャビティ(2)を有する少なくとも1つの中央部(1)、ならびに少なくとも1つの上部カバー(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型、下部、少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティを有する中央部および/または上部カバーが、それぞれ独立して、金属、金属合金、または耐熱性プラスチック、または耐熱性ハイブリッド材料で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- (i.1)で、25〜50℃の範囲の温度に予熱された前記重合性歯科用複合材が、前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型の少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティに移され、(i.2)で、予熱された複合材で充填された少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティが得られる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- a)(i.3)で、前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型の上部カバーが、予熱された複合材で充填された前記少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティ上に被せられ、ここで、好ましくは少なくとも1つのプレスパンチ(8)が前記上部カバーに配置され、雄型部品としての前記プレスパンチは、前記鋳造鋳型(100)の雌型部品としての鋳型キャビティ(2)に噛み合うか、またはb)(i.1)で、前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型の上部カバーが、複合材で充填された少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティ上に被せられ、ここで、好ましくは少なくとも1つのプレスパンチが前記上部カバーに配置され、雄型部品としての前記プレスパンチは、前記鋳造鋳型の雌型部品としての前記鋳型キャビティに噛み合う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- (ii)で、125〜250MPaの範囲の圧力を、前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型内の前記重合性歯科用複合材に加えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- (iii)で、前記鋳造鋳型の少なくとも一部または重合性材料を、規定の方法で110〜150℃の温度に0.1〜60秒間、加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型内の前記重合性歯科用複合材を、熱間静水圧プレスして重合する(HIPP)ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型内の前記重合性歯科用複合材を、熱間静水圧プレスして重合し、ここで、重合フロントが、力のベクトル(N)に対して実質的に垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記耐圧性鋳造鋳型内の前記重合性歯科用複合材を、熱指向方式で熱間静水圧プレスして重合する(HIPP)ことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記重合性歯科用複合材が、
(i)70〜85重量%の、少なくとも1種の歯科用ガラス、ならびに任意で少なくとも1種の非晶質金属酸化物、特に非晶質二酸化ケイ素および/または二酸化ジルコニウムを含む無機充填剤成分、
(ii)10〜30重量%の、少なくとも2種の異なるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの混合物、
(iii)0.01〜5重量%の、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートではない、少なくとも1種の二官能性、三官能性、四官能性または多官能性モノマー、
(iv)0.01〜10重量%の、少なくとも1種の開始剤、開始剤系、ならびに任意で少なくとも1種の安定剤、および任意で少なくとも1種の顔料
を含み、ここで、前記複合材の合計組成が100重量%になることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 全材料のブロックを基準として、15・10−6体積%〜14・10−4体積%の欠陥体積を有する、材料のブロック、特に、重合複合材の材料の幾何学的なブロックが得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 複数の部品で形成され、かつ少なくとも1つの下部(0)、特に平らな下部、少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティ(2)、好ましくは少なくとも2個の鋳型キャビティ(2)を有する少なくとも1つの中央部(1)、ならびに少なくとも1つの上部カバー(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法において特に使用される、耐圧性鋳造鋳型(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティが幾何学的形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項13記載の耐圧性鋳造鋳型。
- 前記少なくとも1個の鋳型キャビティ(2)の内側表面が、規定の表面粗さ、N3〜N9での平均粗さ値Raを有することを特徴とする、請求項13または14記載の耐圧性鋳造鋳型。
- 前記重合複合材の材料のブロックが、全材料のブロックを基準として、15・10−6体積%〜14・10−4体積%の欠陥体積を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に従って得られる、材料のブロック(3)、特に、材料の幾何学的なブロック。
