前記第2のジョー(138)は、前記第1のピボット軸から横方向に離間した第2のピボット軸(158)を介して前記第2の直立部分(152)に枢動可能に取り付けられ、
前記第1のジョー(136)および前記第2のジョー(138)は各々、それぞれのフック部材(172)を備え、
前記第1のジョーおよび前記第2のジョーは、重なり領域(166)で互いに交差し、
