Abstract
Description
(−Ar−X−) 及び (−Ar1−Y−) 式I
(ここで、
Ar及びAr1はそれぞれ二価芳香族基を表し、好ましくは1,3−フェニレン及び1,4−フェニレンから選択され;
Xは電子求引基を表し、好ましくはカルボニル基であり;
Yは酸素原子を表す。)
ポリエーテルケトンケトンは、式IIA及び式IIBの部分を含む。
(1)すぐにプリントできる形にある消費可能材料(フィラメント、ペレット、粉体、薄片又はポリマー溶液(プリンターによって特定される));
(2)前記材料をプリンタヘッドに供給するデバイス;
(3)溶融材料の押出のためのノズル付きの1つ以上のプリンタヘッド(特定温度に加熱又は冷却することができる);
(4)パーツがビルト/プリントされるプリントベッド又は基板(加熱されても加熱されなくてもよい);
(5)プリントベッド及びプリントされる物品を取り囲むビルドチャンバー(加熱されても加熱されなくてもよく、温度制御されても温度制御されなくてもよい)。
(1)PEKK又はPEEKコポリマーフィラメント、ペレット、粉体、薄片又はポリマー溶液含む熱可塑性ポリマー組成物を3Dプリンター中に供給する(そのパーツは、1以上の所定温度に加熱されてもいいし、加熱されなくてもよい);
(2)所定の体積流量の材料を提供し、プリントされたラインを所定の間隔で配置するように、プリンターのコンピューター制御を設定する;
(3)PEKK又はPEEKポリマー組成物を含む熱可塑性ポリマー組成物を、加熱されたノズルに、予め決定しておいてもよい好適な設定速度で供給する;
(4)PEKK又はPEEKポリマー材料を含む熱可塑性ポリマー組成物を設定量又は所定量で堆積させるための適切な位置に前記ノズルを動かす;
(5)随意にビルドチャンバーの温度を調整する。
1)ノズルを出る時のポリマーの温度
2)40℃〜240℃の範囲内の加熱チャンバーの温度。
3)150℃に設定したプリントパーツへのステージ供給加熱温度。
4)密度、伝熱性及び熱容量を含む、T:I比70:30のPEKKの物理的特性。
5)50mm/秒、特に10mm/秒及び50mm/秒のプリント速度。
6)幅0.4mm、厚さ0.2mmで画定されたプリント層の断面積。
7)層間の接触の減少、閉じ込められた空気、またはポリマーチェーンの相互浸透の減少が熱流に及ぼす影響を説明するパラメーター。

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも次の工程:
(i)約61:39〜85:15の範囲、好ましくは65:35〜80:20の範囲、より一層好ましくは約68:32〜75:25まで、特に好ましくは約70:30のT:I比を有するランダムPEKKコポリマーと随意としての1種以上の添加剤とを含む熱可塑性ポリマー組成物を押出プリントして、15%又はそれ未満、好ましくは10%又はそれ未満、より一層好ましくは5%又はそれ未満の重量%結晶度を有する物品を製造する工程:
を含む押出プリント法を用いて半結晶質物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。 - 工程(i)からの前記物品を熱処理してポストプリント物品を製造し、それによってポストプリント物品の重量%結晶度を高める工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の材料積層造形法。
- 工程(i)からの前記物品を熱処理して、15%超の最終重量%結晶度、好ましくは20%又はそれより高い、より一層好ましくは約25%又はそれより高い、特に好ましくは少なくとも30%又はそれより高い最終重量%結晶度を有するポストプリント物品を製造する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の材料積層造形法。
- 前記ランダムPEKKコポリマーが約0.5〜1.5dL/gの範囲、好ましくは約0.6〜1.2dL/gの範囲、より一層好ましくは約0.7〜1.1dL/gの範囲の96%硫酸中での固有粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- ポストプリント処理の前に前記物品の結晶度を約5重量%又はそれ未満に保つ、請求項1に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- ポストプリント処理の前に前記物品が実質的に非晶質又は非晶質であり且つポストプリント後に結晶化可能、請求項1に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- 前記PEKKコポリマーが約2秒以上1分未満の250℃における結晶化ハーフタイムを有する、請求項1に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- プリンターのチャンバーをPEKKコポリマーのTgより低い温度に保つ、請求項1に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- プリンターのチャンバーをDSCによって測定されるPEKKコポリマーの冷結晶化温度より低い温度、好ましくは前記冷結晶化温度少なくとも50℃低い温度、より一層好ましくは前記冷結晶化温度より少なくとも80℃低い温度に保つ、請求項1に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- プリンターのチャンバーを160℃より低い温度、好ましくは140℃より低い温度、より一層好ましくは120℃より低い温度に保つ、請求項1に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。

- Z方向降伏又は破断時引張応力が、X−Y方向降伏又は破断時引張応力の約40%を超える物品を製造するための、請求項1又は2に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- 前記追加の加熱工程が多工程温度プロセスを含む、請求項2に記載の材料押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
- 前記熱可塑性組成物がカーボンファイバー、ガラスファイバー、カーボンナノファイバー、玄武岩ファイバー、タルク、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボン粉末、グラファイト、グラフェン、二酸化チタン、顔料、クレー、シリカ、加工助剤、酸化防止剤及び安定剤より成る群から選択されるフィラー及び/又は添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の押出プリント法を用いて物品を造形するための材料積層造形法。
