Claims (4)
- 顧客サービスに関連するメッセージを生成して送信するサービスプロバイダサーバと、
前記サービスプロバイダサーバからの初期メッセージを送信されて、ユーザ状況情報に基づいて前記初期メッセージをポップアップさせ、ユーザが前記初期メッセージを選択した後、インテリジェント代行サーバからのメッセージが受信されると、ユーザの選択または前記ユーザ状況情報およびユーザ履歴情報を考慮して、対話型APIを介して自動対話を行うユーザ端末と、
前記ユーザ端末と通信して、前記サービスプロバイダサーバの代わりに前記対話型APIを介して顧客サービスに関連するメッセージの処理を代行するが、前記サービスプロバイダサーバから前記ユーザに関する追加/後続サービスメッセージを送信され、前記ユーザが前記初期メッセージを選択すると、前記追加/後続サービスメッセージを考慮して、前記対話型APIを介して前記ユーザ端末と自動対話を行うインテリジェント代行サーバと、
を備えていることを特徴とするインテリジェントメッセージ処理システム。 - 前記ユーザ端末は、
ユーザにより事前に設定されたユーザ設定情報と、センサを介して取得されたセンシング情報とを含むユーザ状況情報を収集するユーザ状況情報収集部と、
前記インテリジェント代行サーバとの通信の過程で生成されたメッセージ情報と、前記サービスプロバイダサーバとの通信の過程で生成されたサービス関連情報とを含むユーザ履歴情報を収集するユーザ履歴情報収集部と、
前記ユーザ状況情報を分析して、前記ユーザがメッセージを確認できる状況にいると判断された場合にのみ前記初期メッセージをポップアップさせ、前記ユーザが前記初期メッセージを選択すると前記対話型APIを実行させ、前記ユーザの選択または前記ユーザ状況情報およびユーザ履歴情報を分析して、前記インテリジェント代行サーバから受信されたメッセージに対するユーザ応答メッセージを生成するユーザエージェントと、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインテリジェントメッセージ処理システム。 - 前記インテリジェント代行サーバは、前記ユーザ応答メッセージが受信されると、前記追加/後続サービスメッセージのうち、前記ユーザ応答メッセージに連携される追加/後続サービスメッセージをサーバ応答メッセージとして生成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインテリジェントメッセージ処理システム。
- 前記対話型APIは、サービスプロバイダが提供するメッセンジャーAPIまたは開放型APIサポートメッセンジャーであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のインテリジェントメッセージ処理システム。
