Claims (14)
- 流体から空気を除去するように構成されたエアトラップ装置(200)用のノズル(100)であって、
入力開口(110)および出力開口(120)を有する本体を備え、前記入力開口(110)が、前記流体を受け入れるように構成され、前記出力開口(120)が、前記出力開口(120)の縁に沿って前記流体を分配するように構成され、
前記縁が、前記流体の表面張力を下げるように構成された制御要素(130)を備えた、ノズル(100)。 - 前記本体が漏斗形状を有し、前記入力開口(110)が前記出力開口(120)より小さい、請求項1に記載のノズル(100)。
- 前記制御要素(130)が、サイン形状、四角い形状、スリットを有する縁、または複数の穴を有する縁のうちの1つとして形成される、請求項2に記載のノズル(100)。
- 前記ノズル(100)の前記本体に結合され、前記出力開口の前記縁に沿って分配された前記流体を重力の方向に案内するように構成された案内要素(140)をさらに備えた、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(100)。
- 前記案内要素(140)が、前記ノズル(100)の前記本体の前記入力開口(110)に結合され、前記エアトラップ装置(200)の流体入口にさらに結合可能な管状要素を備えた、請求項4に記載のノズル(100)。
- 前記本体の前記入力開口(110)に結合され、前記エアトラップ装置(200)の流体入口(250)にさらに結合可能な管状要素を備えた供給要素(150)をさらに備えた、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(100)。
- 流体から空気を除去するように構成されたエアトラップ装置(200)であって、
前記流体を保持するように構成された容器(210)と、
前記容器(210)内に備えられた、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(100)と
を備え、
前記容器(210)が、
蓋部分(220)と、
流体出口(240)および流体入口(250)を備えた排出部分(230)と、
前記蓋部分(220)を前記排出部分(230)に相互接続する管状部分(260)と
を備えた、エアトラップ装置(200)。 - 前記ノズルが、前記管状部分(260)の断面積の1/10より小さい断面積を有する案内要素(140)を備えた、請求項7に記載のエアトラップ装置(200)。
- 前記排出部分が、前記管状部分を向く複数の開口(810〜840)を備え、各開口が前記流体出口(240)に結合された、請求項7または8に記載のエアトラップ装置(200)。
- 前記排出部分が、漏斗形状を有し、前記管状部分(260)を向く開口を有し、前記流体出口(240)に結合されるように構成された、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のエアトラップ装置(200)。
- 前記管状部分(260)が環状のふくらみ(1010)を備えた、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のエアトラップ装置(200)。
- 蓋部分(220)が重力の方向とは反対方向を向くときに動作するように構成された、請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載のエアトラップ装置(200)。
- 前記ノズルの前記出力開口(120)が、前記管状部分(260)の上半分内に配置された、請求項12に記載のエアトラップ装置(200)。
- 前記ノズルの前記出力開口(120)が、前記管状部分(260)の上4分の1内に配置された、請求項13に記載のエアトラップ装置(200)。
