Claims (15)

  1. 心臓のなかのループを周航するよう構成され配列された移植可能なペーシングシステムにおいて、
    a)長尺状の内側テザーを備え、これは、近位端と遠位端とを有し;
    b)外側シース材料を備え、これは、長尺状の前記内側テザーを取り囲み、これは、近位端と遠位端とを有し;
    c)少なくとも一つの導電体を備え、これは、長尺状の前記内側テザーと前記外側シースとのうち少なくとも一つに沿ってあるいはそのなかに配置され;
    d)心臓ペーシング制御器を備え、これは、動力源と、パルス発生器と、制御回絡とを含み、これは、少なくとも一つの前記導電体に動作可能に結合され;

  2. 請求項のペーシングシステムにおいて、前記ロックは、前記心臓ペーシング制御器に結合されている、ペーシングシステム。
  3. 請求項のペーシングシステムにおいて、少なくとも一つの前記導電体は、少なくとも部分的に、長尺状の前記内側テザーのなかに配置されている、ペーシングシステム。
  4. 請求項のペーシングシステムにおいて、前記ロックは、心臓ペーシングリードがそのなかを通り抜けるよう経路付けられている、ペーシングシステム。
  5. 請求項のペーシングシステムにおいて、電気通信を前記心臓ペーシングリードと確立し、これは、前記ロックの一部分を係合することによる、ペーシングシステム。
