Abstract
Description
Gは、モノマー、オリゴマー、及びポリマーのポリヒドロキシル化及び/又はポリアルコキシル化部分であり、
Rは、
点線は、Rが酸素原子に結合される際の結合を表し;
mは、2〜8の整数であり;
xは、0〜10の整数であり(ここで、xが0であれば、Aは、直接、カルボニル基に結合する);
各Aは、互いに独立して、CHR3、O、S、NR4を表し(ここで、R4はC1-C6アルキル基である);
各R1、R2、及びR3は、それぞれ独立して、水素、置換又は未置換のアリール又はヘテロアリール;C5-C6シクロアルキル;任意に、-SH、-N(C1-C6アルキル)2、ピペリジノ、モルホリノ、ピペラジノ、-OH、-O(C1-C12アルキル)及び-COOHにて置換されたC1-C12アルキル、又はCH3-C12H25;アルキルアルコキシから選ばれる基を表す)である]
の化合物であり、ただし、式(I)の光開始剤は、光硬化性エチレン系不飽和基を含有していない。

xは、0〜10の整数であり、ここで、xが0である場合、Aは、カルボニル基に直接結合し;
Aは、互いに独立して、CHR3、O、S、NR4(ここで、R4はC1-C6アルキル基である)を表し;
R3は、水素、C1-C12アルキル、置換又は未置換のフェニル、アリール、又はヘテロアリール、C5-C6,シクロアルキル、SH、-N(C1-C6アルキル)2、ピペリジノ、モルホリノ、ピペラジノ、-OH、-O(C1-C12アルキル)、-COOHにて置換されたC1-C12アルキル、又はC1-C12 アルコキシであり;
R1、R2は、それぞれ独立して、C1-C12アルキル、置換又は未置換のフェニル、アリール又はヘテロアリール、C5-C6シクロアルキル、SH、-N(C1-C6アルキル)2、ピペリジノ、モルホリノ、ピペラジノ、-OH、-O(C1-C12アルキル)、-COOHにて置換されたC1-C12アルキル;又はC1-C12アルコキシである)
の化合物に係り、ただし、式(II)の光開始剤は、光硬化性エチレン系不飽和基を含有しない。
ジ−トリメチロールプロパン、エトキシ化及び/又はプロポキシ化ジ−トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化及び/又はプロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、ジ−ペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化及び/又はプロポキシ化ジ−ペンタエリスリトール、ソルビトール、エトキシ化及び/又はプロポキシ化ソルビトール、トリエタノールアミン、エトキシ化及び/又はプロポキシ化トリエタノールアミンから選ばれる。
Gは、エトキシ化及び/又はプロポキシ化されたモノマー及びオリゴマーのポリオールの中から選ばれ;
R1、R2は、それぞれ独立して、C1-C12アルキル基、より好ましくは、C1-C4アルキル基、特に、メチルであり;
R3は水素であり;
OR2は5-位にあり;及び
Aは4-位にある。
代表的には、アルコール、チオール、アミン、又はヘテロ原子に近接する酸素に結合する利用可能な水素を有する他の化合物である。このような共−開始剤は、一般に、0.2〜15質量%、好ましくは、0.2〜8質量%の量で存在する。好適な共−開始剤としては、脂肪族、脂環式、芳香族、アリール−脂肪族、複素環、オリゴマー又はポリマーアミンが含まれるが、これらに限定されない。これらは、1級、2級、又は3級アミン、例えば、ブチルアミン、ジブチルアミン、トリブチルアミン、シクロヘキシルアミン、ベンジルジメチルアミン、ジ-シクロヘキシルアミン、N-フェニルグリシン、トリエチルアミン、フェニル−ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、ピペリジン、ピペラジン、モルホリン、ピリジン、キノリン、ジメチルアミノ安息香酸のエステル、ミヒラーケトン(4,4'-ビス-ジメチルアミノベンゾフェノン)及び対応する誘導体である。
I)a)少なくとも1のエチレン系不飽和化合物50〜99.9質量%、好ましくは、70〜98.9質量%;
b)少なくとも1の上記式(I)の化合物0.1〜35質量%、好ましくは、0.1〜20質量%、さらに好ましくは、0.2〜15質量%
を含んでなる光重合性組成物を調製すること;
II)工程I)の組成物を光源にて光重合すること
を含んでなる。

本発明の3-ケトクマリンを、Omnipol TX(IGM Resins B.V.)(COMP-1)及び国際公開第2014/018826号の実施例9(COMP-2)及び実施例18(COMP-3)に記載のようにして調製した従来技術の3-ケトクマリンと比較した。
[実施例8.1]
反応性テスト
透明な処方
Ebecryl 605及びEbecryl 350(Allnex)の99.5:0.5質量%混合物中に、それぞれ、光開始剤及び共−開始剤(Esacure EDB(IGM Resins B.V.))を、濃度3%で溶解することによって、テスト用の光重合性組成物を調製した。
FT-IR(FT-IR 430-Jasco)のサンプル拠点に置いた光重合性組成物を、2つの異なる光源:
1)サンプルから25mmの距離及び30°の角度で配置したLED光源(400 nm)(表1);
2)サンプルから65mmの距離及び30°の角度で配置した水銀ランプ(160 W)(表2)に露出した。
光重合の間に、一定の時間間隔で、IRスペクトルを取得し、アクリル系二重結合に割り当てられた1408 cm-1及び810 cm-1におけるピークの面積の経時的減少を、IRソフトウエアを使用して測定した。
これは重合度、従って、光開始剤の効力の定量を可能にする。
400 nmにおける結果(経時の重合百分率として表示)を表1に示し、水銀ランプでの結果を表2に示す。
シアンインクジェットインク
インクジェット印刷用のシアンインクに、それぞれ、光開始剤及び共−開始剤(Esacure EDB)を、濃度5.0%で溶解することによって、テスト用の光重合性組成物を調製した。
FT-IR(FT-IR 430-Jasco)のサンプル拠点に置いた光重合性組成物を、2つの異なる光源:

Claims (23)
- 式(I)
Gは、モノマー、オリゴマー、及びポリマーのポリヒドロキシル化及び/又はポリアルコキシル化部分であり、
Rは、
点線は、Rが酸素原子に結合される際の結合を表し;
mは、2〜8の整数であり;
xは、0〜10の整数であり(ここで、xが0であれば、Aは、直接、カルボニル基に結合する);
各Aは、互いに独立して、CHR3、O、S、NR4を表し(ここで、R4はC1-C6アルキル基である);
各R1、R2、及びR3は、それぞれ独立して、水素、置換又は未置換のアリール又はヘテロアリール;C5-C6シクロアルキル;任意に、-SH、-N(C1-C6アルキル)2、ピペリジノ、モルホリノ、ピペラジノ、-OH、-O(C1-C12アルキル)及び-COOHにて置換されたC1-C12アルキル、又はCH3-C12H25から選ばれる基を表す)である]
の化合物(ただし、式(I)の光開始剤は、光硬化性エチレン系不飽和基を含有していない)。 - mが3〜6である請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物。
- xが0〜6である請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物。
- xが1〜4である請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物。
- AがCH2である請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物。
- Gが、エトキシル化及び/又はプロポキシル化部分を含んでなるモノマー及びオリゴマーのポリオールの中から選ばれるものである請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物。
- R1及びR2が、いずれも、メチル基である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の式(I)の化合物。
- R3が水素である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の式(I)の化合物。
- 式(I)の化合物の、紫外光又はブルーライト誘発光重合プロセスにおける光開始剤としての使用。
- インクジェット印刷インクについての光重合プロセスにおける請求項9に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1の共−開始剤との組み合わせである請求項9又は10に記載の使用。
- 共−開始剤がアミンである請求項11に記載の使用。
- 共−開始剤が、不飽和エチレン系部分を含んでなるアミンである請求項12に記載の使用。
- 式(II)

- 任意に、少なくとも1の共−開始剤と組み合わせた、請求項1〜8のいずれかにおいて又は請求項14〜15において定義する式(I)記又は(II)の少なくとも1の化合物を含んでなる光重合性組成物、光重合性インク、又は光重合性コーティング。
- 請求項16に記載の組成物、インク、又はコーティングの製法であって、
I)a)少なくとも1のエチレン系不飽和化合物50〜99.9質量%;
b)請求項1〜8に記載の式(I)又は(II)の少なくとも1の化合物0.1〜35質量%
を含んでなる光重合性組成物を調製すること;
II)工程I)の組成物を光源にて光重合すること
を含んでなる製法。 - 光重合を、波長365〜420 nmにおいて発光するLED光源を使用して行う請求項17に記載の製法。
- さらに、光重合する前に、光重合性組成物を基板に塗布する工程を含んでなる請求項17又は18に記載の製法。
- 少なくとも1の共−開始剤も存在する請求項17〜19のいずれかに記載の製法。
- 請求項17〜20のいずれかに記載の製法に従って調製された物品。
- 請求項1〜8、14〜15のいずれかに記載の化合物の、カチオン性光開始剤に対する増感剤としての使用。
- カチオン性光開始剤がジアリールヨードニウム化合物である請求項22記載の使用。
