Claims (11)
- 自動車用の回転電気機械であって、前記機械(10)が、
ケーシング(11)と、
前記ケーシングに取り付けられた電子アセンブリ(47)と、
前記電子アセンブリ(47)の周囲に配置された保護カバー(50)と、
軸(X’)に沿って延び、前記ケーシング(11)および/または前記電子アセンブリ(47)に前記カバー(50)を固定できるねじ(55)と、
を備え、
前記機械は、前記保護カバー(50)が、前記ねじ(55)の通過のための中央開口部(57)を画定する少なくとも1つの舌部(56)で延びる固定領域を形成する少なくとも1つの開口部を備えること、および、前記ねじ(55)がねじ頭部(70)および保持溝(71)を備えることを特徴とし、前記舌部(56)は前記溝(71)に収容されるようになっている、
回転電気機械。 - 前記舌部(56)が、前記保持溝(71)の軸方向端部を画定する前記ねじ頭部(70)の肩部(72)に対して支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記肩部(72)が、前記ねじの前記軸(X’)に対して実質的に半径方向に突出して延びることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記舌部(56)が可撓性であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記ねじ頭部(70)が、前記軸(X’)に対して傾斜した外側半径方向表面を有し、前記舌部(56)が、前記中央開口部(57)を画定するように前記ねじ頭部の前記外面の傾斜を補完する方法で前記軸(X’)に対して傾斜した内側半径方向表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記ねじ頭部(70)の前記外側半径方向表面を通る2つの直線の間に画定される開口角(A1)が、10°から45°の間に含まれ、好ましくは30°であり、前記直線は前記軸(X’)に対して互いに対向していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記保護カバー(50)が、前記軸(X’)に対して傾斜した少なくとも1つの解体リブ(76)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記解体リブ(76)の半径方向の厚さ(L4)が、前記肩部(72)の半径方向の厚さ(L3)に少なくとも等しく、好ましくはそれよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記軸(X’)に対する前記解体リブ(78)の傾斜角(A2)が、5から15°の間に含まれ、好ましくは10°であることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記解体リブ(76)の軸方向長さ(L5)が、2mmから6mmの間に含まれ、好ましくは4mmであることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の回転電気機械。
- 前記舌部(56)が、前記ねじ頭部(70)を受け入れるためのウェル(62)を画定するために、前記固定領域の前記開口部から延びる壁(61)の端部から得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の回転電気機械。
