Claims (12)
- 特に内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を直接に噴射するための、内燃機関の燃料噴射システムのための燃料噴射弁(1)であって、
励起されることによって弁ニードルのストローク運動を可能にし、これにより、弁座面と共にシール座を形成する弁閉鎖体の作動が可能になるアクチュエータと、
燃料供給のための流入側の流入管(7)と
を備える燃料噴射弁(1)において、
流入管(7)の流入側端部に、燃料噴射弁(1)の紛失を防止するための半径方向支持ディスク(30)が、組み立てられた状態で配置されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記流入管(7)に、該流入管を取り囲むシールリング(5)が設けられており、前記半径方向支持ディスク(30)が、流れ方向に見て、シールリング(5)の前方に配置されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記流入管(7)の流入側端部(3)に端部カラー(29)が形成されており、該端部カラー(29)を半径方向支持ディスク(30)が少なくとも部分的に上方又は下方から把持している燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記半径方向支持ディスク(30)に、本体リングから径方向内側に突出する複数の突起(33、34)が周方向に分配して形成されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記半径方向支持ディスク(30)の上部から突出した複数のラグ(33)が形成されており、半径方向支持ディスク(30)の下部から突出し、半径方向内側に突出するさらなるラグ(34)が設けられている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記2つの平面のラグ(33、34)が、周方向に見て互いにずらして形成されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1から6までにいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記半径方向支持ディスク(30)が、外周に、半径方向にさらに外側に突出した押圧領域(31)と半径方向に後退した領域(32)とを交互に有する燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記半径方向支持ディスク(30)の前記押圧領域(31)が、構成要素の高さの一部にわたって、又は構成要素の高さ全体にわたって延在する燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記半径方向支持ディスク(30)が、構成要素の高さ全体にわたって軸線方向に延在するスリット(35)によって中断されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記半径方向支持ディスク(30)が、PEEK、PPS、POM、又はアルミニウム等の金属からなっている薄い小型のディスクとして構成されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記流入管(7)が円錐状の部分を備える燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁(1)を有する燃料噴射装置において、
燃料分配管路(4)が、燃料噴射弁(1)のための収容開口(12)を有する少なくとも1つの接続管(6)を備え、燃料噴射弁(1)の流入管(7)が、半径方向支持ディスク(30)を収容開口(12)内に圧入することによって、紛失を防止してあらかじめ組立て可能であることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。
