Abstract
Description
(a)硬化性一次材料を供給するステップと、
(b)硬化性一次材料の部分又は層を連続的に硬化させることによってオブジェクトを構築するステップと、
(c)オブジェクトを動かし、これにより、(運動させることによって)質量慣性力を過剰硬化性材料中に発生させることによって、オブジェクトを過剰硬化性材料からクリーニングするステップと、
を含む。
Claims (15)
- 積層造形によって物理的オブジェクトを作製する方法であって、前記方法は、
(a)硬化性一次材料を供給するステップであって、前記硬化性一次材料は液体又はペースト状である、供給するステップと、
(b)前記硬化性一次材料の層を連続的に硬化させることによって前記オブジェクトを構築するステップと、
(c)前記オブジェクトを動かし、これにより、質量慣性力を過剰材料中に発生させることによって、前記オブジェクトを前記過剰材料からクリーニングするステップと、
を含み、
前記過剰材料は、前記硬化性一次材料及び硬化性二次材料のうちの少なくとも一方によって形成されている、方法。 - 前記硬化性二次材料は、前記硬化性一次材料とは異なる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化性一次材料は、光重合性樹脂であり、前記硬化は、前記硬化性一次材料に光を照射することによって行われる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化性一次材料は、カンファーキノンを光開始剤として含む調合物に基づく、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)において発生される前記質量慣性力は、少なくとも100Gの重力に対応する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)において、前記オブジェクトを動かすことは、前記オブジェクトの回転である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記回転は、少なくとも第1の回転軸及び第2の回転軸を中心として行われ、前記第1の回転軸及び前記第2の回転軸は異なる向きを有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記オブジェクトは、前記オブジェクトから歯科用修復材を提供するためのワークピースを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オブジェクトは、前記歯科用修復材の部分を形成しない固定部分を更に含み、前記固定部分は、前記オブジェクトを過剰材料からクリーニングするために後処理デバイス内に前記オブジェクトを保持するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)に従って前記オブジェクトをクリーニングするために、前記オブジェクトをモータ駆動式後処理デバイス内に配置するステップを更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オブジェクトを受け入れるためのレセプタクルを含むトレー内に前記オブジェクトを配置するステップと、前記トレーを遠心分離機内に配置するステップと、前記遠心分離機によって前記トレー内の前記オブジェクトを遠心分離するステップと、を更に含む、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うように構成された、物理的オブジェクトを作製するためのシステム。
- オブジェクトを過剰材料からクリーニングするための遠心分離機の使用であって、前記オブジェクトは積層造形によって作製されたものであり、少なくとも部分的に、硬化性一次材料を硬化させることによって得られる硬化した一次材料から形成されており、前記過剰材料は前記オブジェクトに付着しており、前記過剰材料は、前記硬化性一次材料及び硬化性二次材料のうちの少なくとも一方によって形成されている、使用。
- 積層造形によって作製された対応する複数のオブジェクトを受け入れるための複数のレセプタクルを含むトレーを備える遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は、少なくとも1つのホルダが旋回可能に懸架されたロータを更に備え、前記トレーは、前記ホルダ内に取り外し可能に保持可能である、遠心分離機。
- 前記レセプタクルは、前記トレーを貫通して延び、かつそれぞれのレセプタクル開口を前記トレー内に形成する貫通孔の形態で設けられており、前記レセプタクル開口にまたがる回収容器が設けられている、請求項13に記載の遠心分離機。
