Claims (23)
- 飲料分注装置であって、
導管であって、圧力下の飲料の流れを前記導管の遠位端に提供するように配置された導管と、
前記導管の前記遠位端に流体結合された入口および前記入口から延在する流路を有するハウジングと、
前記流路に流体結合され、出口端まで延在する入口端を各々有する複数の流動チャネルと、を備え、
前記複数の流動チャネルの各々が、
前記入口端から前記出口端まで閉鎖されていると共に、
前記入口端で前記流路からの加圧された飲料を受容するように、かつ、前記出口端で飲料の噴流を生成するように配置されている、装置。 - 加圧ガスを飲料容器内に送達するように配置された加圧ガスの源をさらに備え、
前記導管は、前記飲料容器に流体結合されて、前記飲料容器の中の前記加圧ガスによって生じた前記圧力下の飲料の流れを受容する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 加圧ガスの前記飲料容器内への流れを制御するように、または、前記飲料容器からの前記圧力下の飲料の流れを制御するように配置されたバルブをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 飲料容器の閉鎖体を通して挿入されて、前記加圧ガスを前記飲料容器内に送達し、かつ、前記飲料容器から圧力下の飲料を前記導管に送達するように配置されたニードルをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記流路が、前記入口から前記複数の流動チャネルの方向に増大する断面積を有する部分を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングに係合するように配置された第1の外面と、開口を画定する第1の内面と、を有する外リングと、
前記開口内に受容され、かつ、前記第1の内面に係合するように配置された第2の外面を有する内リングと、をさらに備え、
前記第1の内面または前記第2の外面が、1つ以上の溝を含んで流動チャネルを各々画定する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記内リングが第2の開口を画定する第2の内面を含み、前記装置が、前記第2の開口内に受容されるように配置された第3の外面を有するプラグをさらに備え、
前記第2の内面または前記第3の外面が、1つ以上の溝を含んで流動チャネルを各々画定する、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記第2の外面および前記第2の内面が、前記内リングの入口側から前記内リングの出口側まで延在して前記複数の流動チャネルを形成する複数の溝を各々含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の外面および前記第2の内面が、円錐形状を各々有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記外リングの上側に位置決めされたナットをさらに備え、
前記プラグが、前記ナットと係合して前記内リングおよび前記プラグを前記外リングに固設するように配置されている、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記外リングまたは前記内リングが、流動チャネルを選択的に遮断と遮断の解除とをするように配置された1つ以上のタブを含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記入口を画定するための入口開口と、前記導管の外面と密封係合するための前記入口開口に配置されたシールと、を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流動チャネルが、互いに平行な複数の飲料の噴流を生成するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流動チャネルの前記出口端が、少なくとも2つの同心円に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流動チャネルが、飲料の噴流が前記複数の流動チャネルの前記出口端から離れて位置決めされた場所で交差するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流動チャネルが、複数の飲料の噴流を生成するように配置され、前記噴流の少なくとも一部が互いに分岐する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流動チャネルの各々が、前記流路の最小断面積よりも小さい断面積を有し、
前記複数の流動チャネルの全ての合計断面積が、前記流路の最小断面積に等しいかまたはそれよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記複数の流動チャネルの各々が、前記流路の最小断面積よりも小さい断面積を有し、
前記複数の流動チャネルの全ての合計断面積が、前記流路の最小断面積よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記複数の流路が、少なくとも6個の流動チャネルを含み、
前記複数の流動チャネルの各々が、0.25mm〜0.75mmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記複数の流動チャネルの各々が、4mm〜10mmの長さを有する、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流動チャネルの各々が、40:1〜16:3の直径に対する長さの比を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流動チャネルの各々が、前記出口端での断面積とは異なる、前記入口端での断面積を有するように先細りである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記複数の流動チャネルのうちの少なくともいくつかを選択的に開閉するように配置されたセレクタをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
