Claims (12)
- 透析装置において透析液の体積流量を発生させるためのポンプシステムであって、該ポンプシステムは、搬送手段に、具体的には膜に力を及ぼす作動流体と協働するピストンを有する少なくとも1つのピストンポンプを備えたポンプシステムにおいて、
該ピストンポンプのピストンストローク当たりの搬送量を低減できる設定手段が設けられ、該設定手段は、前記ピストンストロークを短縮させる位置可変式機械的ピストンストップ、及び/又は前記作動流体の量を低減する手段、及び/又は前記搬送手段と協働する、搬送すべき前記透析液を含む搬送チャンバの体積を低減する手段を備えている、
ことを特徴とするポンプシステム。 - 前記作動流体は液体又は気体である、
請求項1に記載のポンプシステム。 - 特定の時点以降の所望の総搬送量又は所望の残留搬送量、或いはピストンストローク当たりの所望の搬送量を入力又は決定できる入力手段又は計算手段が設けられ、該設定手段は、前記入力手段又は前記計算手段に接続されることにより、前記入力手段に入力された又は前記計算手段によって決定された値に依存して前記ピストンポンプのピストンストローク当たりの前記搬送量を設定するように構成される、
請求項1又は2に記載のポンプシステム。 - 前記設定手段は、前記ピストンストローク当たりの搬送量が総搬送時間にわたって一定であるように構成される、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプシステム。 - 前記設定手段は、前記ピストンストローク当たりの搬送量が搬送時間にわたって可変であり、特に搬送手順の開始時よりも搬送手順の終了に向けて少なくなるように構成される、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプシステム。 - 前記設定手段は、前記作動流体の量を低減できるように構成され、前記作動流体の量は、開始状態から開始して、患者圧力及び/又は前記作動流体の圧力に対する膜張力の影響が前記開始状態よりも小さくなるように低減される、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のポンプシステム。 - 前記ポンプは、前記膜によって囲まれたチャンバとホースを介して連通するピストン空間を有する、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のポンプシステム。 - 前記ポンプシステムは、オフセットされた作動サイクルを有する2つのピストンポンプを有する、
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のポンプシステム。 - 透析装置、具体的には腹膜透析装置であって、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のポンプシステムを有する、
ことを特徴とする透析装置。 - 搬送手段、具体的には膜に力を及ぼす作動流体と協働するピストンを有するピストンポンプによって透析液を搬送する方法であって、前記ピストンポンプの搬送精度を高めるためにピストンストローク当たりの搬送量が低減され、前記ピストンストロークが短縮されるようにピストン当接部が変化し、及び/又は前記作動流体の量が低減され、及び/又は前記搬送手段と協働する、搬送すべき前記透析液を含む搬送チャンバの体積が低減される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 特定の時点以降の所望の総搬送量又は所望の搬送量、或いはピストンストローク当たりの所望の搬送量が入力手段に入力され、又は計算手段によって決定され、前記入力手段に入力された又は前記計算手段によって決定された値に依存して前記搬送量の低減が設定される、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記ピストンストローク当たりの搬送量は、総搬送時間にわたって一定に保たれ、又は搬送時間にわたって変化し、前記ピストンストローク当たりの搬送量は、搬送手順の開始時よりも搬送手順の終了に向けて少なくなることが好ましい、
