Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- X線撮像を支援する装置であって、
対象を撮像するためにX線イメージャのX線源によりX線曝射を実行するリクエストを受信する入力インタフェースと、
前記リクエストを前記対象の撮像安全プロトコルに対しチェックし、安全コンプライアンス結果を生成するコンプライアンスチェッカであって、前記コンプライアンスチェッカによる前記チェックは、前記対象を識別する情報に基づくものであり、前記撮像安全プロトコルは、そのように識別される対象について許容可能なX線曝射の最大数を規定する、コンプライアンスチェッカと、
前記安全コンプライアンス結果に基づいて、i)警告信号、及び/又はii)前記リクエストされたX線曝射の前記対象への効果に少なくとも影響を与える安全アクションを起動する制御信号、を発行する安全エンフォーサと、
を有する装置。 - 前記安全アクションは、i)前記X線イメージャをロックダウンし又はシャットダウンすること、ii)前記X線イメージャの電圧又は電流を調整すること、iii)X線曝射を変更するように前記X線イメージャのコリメータを作動すること、又はiv)前記対象とX線源との間の相対運動を実施すること、のいずれか1つ又は任意のものの組み合わせを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記対象又は前記対象に関する変更についての更なる情報の受信に応じて、前記撮像安全プロトコルを変更するプロトコルチェンジャを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 更なる情報又は前記対象を識別する前記情報は、前記対象に関して1又は複数の測定を実施するように動作する1又は複数のセンサにより提供される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ユーザから前記情報を受信するためのユーザインタフェースを更に有する、請求項3又は4に記載の装置。
- 遠隔データサプライヤ機器から前記情報を受信するための通信インタフェースを更に有する、請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記撮像安全プロトコルは、(i)単位時間当たりの曝射数、(ii)前記X線源の最大又は最小電圧又はアンペア数、のいずれか1つ又は組み合わせを規定する、前記請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の装置と、
X線イメージャと、
を有する撮像システム。 - X線撮像を支援する方法であって、
対象を撮像するためにX線イメージャのX線源によりX線曝射を実行するリクエストを受信するステップと、
前記リクエストを前記対象の撮像安全プロトコルに対しチェックし、安全コンプライアンス結果を生成するステップであって、前記チェックは、前記対象を識別する情報に基づき、前記撮像安全プロトコルは、そのように識別された対象について許容可能なX線曝射の最大数を規定する、ステップと、
前記安全コンプライアンス結果に基づいて、i)警告信号、及び/又はii)前記リクエストされたX線曝射の前記対象への効果に少なくとも影響を与える安全アクションを起動する制御信号、を発行するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記対象又は前記対象に関する変更の情報の受信に応じて、前記安全プロトコルを変更するステップを更に有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの処理ユニットによって実行されるとき、請求項9又は10に記載の方法を実行するように適応されたコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラムを記憶したコンピュータ可読媒体。
