Description
Claims (15)
- 受動性eペーパーアセンブリであって:
第1の側面および反対側の第2の側面を含む、電荷応答性の書換可能な媒体層;
媒体層の第1の側面上に配置された浮遊電荷受容層;および
電荷受容層および電荷応答性媒体層の第1の側面の間に介在された水蒸気バリアを含み、水蒸気バリアは無機材料を含んでおり、そして水蒸気バリアは浮遊電荷受容層から電荷応答性の書換可能な媒体層への電荷の移動を可能にする、eペーパーアセンブリ。 - 媒体層の第2の側面上に配置された対電極層を含む、請求項1のeペーパーアセンブリ。
- 無機材料は、無機酸化材料およびセラミック材料の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1のeペーパーアセンブリ。
- 水蒸気バリアは約1ナノメートルから1000ナノメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1のeペーパーアセンブリ。
- 水蒸気バリアは約109オーム−cmの電気抵抗率の下限を含み、そして:
約1013オーム−cmの電気抵抗率の上限;および
約20ボルト未満の絶縁破壊電圧の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4のeペーパーアセンブリ。 - 浮遊電荷受容層および水蒸気バリアの間に介在された第1の接着促進層;および
水蒸気バリアおよび電荷応答性媒体層の第1の側面の間に介在された第2の接着促進層を含む、請求項1のeペーパーアセンブリ。 - 第1の接着促進層および第2の接着促進層のそれぞれの少なくとも1つが:
少なくとも1つの無機官能基および少なくとも1つの有機官能基を含むハイブリッド材料;および
有機ポリマー材料の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6のeペーパーアセンブリ。 - 媒体層に面する浮遊電荷受容層の第1の側面上に画定された第1の接着促進表面;および
電荷応答性の書換可能な媒体層の第1の側面上に画定された第2の接着促進表面を含み:
第1の接着促進表面および第2の接着促進表面のそれぞれの少なくとも1つがプラズマ変性表面を含む、請求項1のeペーパーアセンブリ。 - 少なくとも浮遊電荷受容層が、電荷応答性媒体層に向かう電荷の移動を容易にする異方性構造を含む、請求項1のeペーパーアセンブリ。
- 水蒸気バリアであって:
可撓性の受動性eペーパーアセンブリの浮遊電荷受容層および電荷応答性の書換可能な媒体層の第1の側面の間に介在される無機層を含み、そして少なくとも部分的な無機層が浮遊電荷受容層から電荷応答性媒体層への電荷の移動を可能にする、水蒸気バリア。 - 無機層は約1ナノメートルから1000ナノメートルの厚さを含み、約109オーム−cmの電気抵抗率の下限を含み、そして:
約1013オーム−cmの電気抵抗率の上限;および
約20ボルト未満の絶縁破壊電圧の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10の水蒸気バリア。 - 電荷受容層および電荷応答性媒体層の少なくとも1つが有機材料を含む、請求項10の水蒸気バリア。
- 製造方法であって:
受動性eペーパーアセンブリの可撓性の、受動性で電荷応答性の書換可能な媒体層をもたらし、電荷応答性媒体層は第1の側面および反対側の第2の側面を有し;そして
電荷応答性媒体層の第1の側面上に電荷透過性の水蒸気バリアを配置することを含み、水蒸気バリアが可撓性の無機材料を含む、製造方法。 - 水蒸気バリアが摂氏38度および相対湿度90%において約1g/m2/週未満の水蒸気透過率(MVTR)、約1ナノメートルおよび約1000ナノメートルの間の厚さを有するように配置し;および
水蒸気バリアが約109オーム−cmの電気抵抗率の下限を含み、そして:
約1013オーム−cmの電気抵抗率の上限;および
約20ボルト未満の絶縁破壊電圧を示しながら少なくとも約1014オーム−cmの電気抵抗率の上限の少なくとも1つを含むように配置することを含む、請求項13の方法。 - 水蒸気バリアの媒体層と反対側の側面上に浮遊電荷受容層を配置することを含む、請求項13の方法。
