Claims (12)
- 断熱パイプの製造方法であって、以下の工程、
(A)メディアパイプ及びフィルムから連続的に形成されるフィルムホース、又はメディアパイプ及びジャケットパイプを提供する工程であって、前記フィルムホース又は前記ジャケットパイプの中に前記メディアパイプを配置し、前記メディアパイプと前記フィルムホース又は前記ジャケットパイプの間にスロットを形成し、
前記フィルムホース又は前記ジャケットパイプに面している前記メディアパイプの表面に接着促進剤が適用されている、工程と、
(B)前記接着促進剤が完全に硬化する前に、少なくとも1種のイソシアネートを含むイソシアネート成分(a)、ポリオール成分(b)及び少なくとも1種の触媒を少なくとも含むポリウレタン系を前記スロット中に導入する工程と、
(C)前記ポリウレタン系を発泡させて硬化させる工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記接着促進剤が、ポリウレタンをベースとする接着促進剤からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着促進剤が2成分系である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記接着促進剤が、少なくとも1種のイソシアネート成分、及び1種のポリオール成分を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着促進剤が、400〜1200kg/m3の範囲の固体充填剤なしで決定されたかさ密度を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- スプレー又はスプレッドコーティングにより、前記接着促進剤を適用する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着促進剤が、前記フィルムホース又は前記ジャケットパイプに面している前記メディアパイプの表面の50%〜100%の範囲の部分を覆う、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール成分(b)が、化学発泡剤、架橋剤、鎖延長剤、添加剤及び物理発泡剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記イソシアネート成分(a)と前記ポリオール成分(b)の反応が、95〜240の範囲の指数で実行される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ジャケットパイプ又は前記フィルムホースが熱可塑性物質からなる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得ることができるか、又は得られる、断熱パイプ。
- DIN EN 253:2015−12に従って決定された、外層とポリウレタン層の間の軸方向せん断強度が、0.05〜0.40MPaの範囲である、請求項11に記載の断熱パイプ。
