- 前記第1のステップで、前記巻取り機で、接着剤、特にホットメルト(112)は、前記巻取り機において適用される最外層の長手方向の継ぎ目の領域においてノズル(113)で選択的に適用されるため、前記長手方向の継ぎ目は、前記接着剤、特にホットメルト(112)でシールされて後に、前記結果として得られたチューブ(27)は両側が開いた個々の円筒形中空体に切断されることを特徴とする、請求項19または20に記載の方法。
- 前記第1または第2のステップの後、いずれの場合にも前記第3のステップの前に、両側が開いている前記中空体の切断縁部がシールされ、紙または厚紙の層がその切断縁部で液体および/または気体を吸収する能力を減少させることを特徴とする、請求項19から21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形中空体の2つの開口端を処理するための巻取りシステムおよび機械が充填場所に設けられ、前記缶の製造は、長い輸送ルートなしで、および缶シェルの大量備蓄なしで行われることを特徴とする、請求項19から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記缶シェルは、中間保管なしで、前記円筒形中空体の2つの開口端を処理するための機械から前記充填システムの輸送装置に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記充填プラントが、請求項1〜18のいずれか1つに記載の缶(1)および従来のアルミニウム缶の充填のために、時間をずらしてまたは時間的に交互に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項19から24のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填システムは、前記プラントを介して前記缶シェルを輸送するための輸送装置を備え、特定の比率で異なる缶を交互に充填するために、複合材料で作られた缶シェルとアルミニウム製の缶シェルが同時に前記輸送装置から輸送されることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 缶の充填および閉鎖のためのプラントであって、
前記プラントは、主に紙または厚紙材料から成る缶シェル(101)用の供給装置(115)を有し、
前記プラントは、主にアルミニウムまたはブリキから成る缶シェル(115)用の供給装置(116)を有し、
前記プラントは缶シェル(101、117)を輸送するための輸送装置(119)を有し、
前記プラントは、一端(101、117)で閉鎖される缶シェルを充填するための少なくとも1つの充填装置(33)を有し、
前記プラントは、前記缶シェル(101、117)の端部の少なくとも一方を閉鎖するための少なくとも1つの閉鎖装置を備え、
主に紙または厚紙材料から成る前記缶シェル(101)とアルミニウムまたはブリキから成る前記缶シェル(117)は、前記同じ輸送装置(119)によって少なくとも部分的に前記プラント内を運搬され、それによって前記同じ充填装置(33)によって充填されることを特徴とする、プラント。
