Claims (14)
- 正極、負極、分離膜を巻取りまたは積層した電極組立体;
前記電極組立体の上部または下部に少なくとも一つ配置される絶縁板;及び
前記電極組立体、前記絶縁板及び電解液を電池ケースに収納してキャップ組立体によって密封される二次電池であって、
前記絶縁板は、
円盤環状に形成され、硬質材質を含んで製造される周辺部;及び
前記周辺部の内周面から内側に延長形成され、高耐熱性原緞で製造される中心部を含む、二次電池。 - 円盤環状に形成され、硬質材質を含んで製造される周辺部;及び
前記周辺部の内周面から内側に延長形成され、高耐熱性原緞で製造される中心部を含む、二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記中心部は、
円盤形状に形成され、前記周辺部と同一の中心軸を共有する、請求項2に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記周辺部及び前記中心部は、
一体に形成される、請求項2又は3に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記周辺部及び前記中心部は、
インサート射出成形で形成される、請求項4に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記中心部がインサートされ、前記硬質材質が射出成形されて周辺部を形成する、請求項5に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。
- 前記硬質材質は、
フェノール樹脂を含む、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記高耐熱性原緞は、
ガラス繊維を含む、請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記周辺部は、
内径が外径の50%から95%である、請求項2から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記周辺部は、
前記硬質材質で製造される第1層;及び
前記高耐熱性原緞で製造される第2層が積層されて形成される、請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 前記第2層及び前記中心部は、
一体に製造されて円盤形状に形成される、請求項10に記載の二次電池用絶縁板。 - 正極、負極、分離膜を巻取りまたは積層した電極組立体;
前記電極組立体の上部または下部に少なくとも一つ配置される絶縁板;及び
前記電極組立体、前記絶縁板及び電解液を電池ケースに収納してキャップ組立体によって密封される二次電池であって、
前記絶縁板は、
ガラス繊維を基材として、無機添加剤を含むフェノール樹脂が積層されて形成され、
円盤環状に形成され、前記フェノール樹脂を含む材質で製造される周辺部;及び
前記周辺部の内周面から内側に延長形成され、前記ガラス繊維を含む材質で製造される中心部を含み、
前記ガラス繊維、前記フェノール樹脂及び前記無機添加剤の構成の比率は、
前記ガラス繊維が55〜70wt%、前記フェノール樹脂が25〜40wt%、前記無機添加剤は5〜20wt%であり、
前記絶縁板の厚さは、
0.3〜0.65mmである、二次電池。 - 前記無機添加剤は、
平均粒径が前記ガラス繊維の直径より小さい、請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記無機添加剤は、
アルミナ、シリカ、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化マグネシウム及び炭酸カルシウムからなる群から少なくとも一つ選択されて含まれる、 請求項12又は13に記載の二次電池。
