Abstract
Description
−ここでは見えない吸込み部の下流における第1の長手方向部分は、プラスチック顆粒が溶融されかつ均一化されるいわゆる調量ゾーン1を形成しており、
−これに脱気ゾーン2が接続している。押出し機の、ここでは同様に図示されていないハウジングには、ここでは吸込み装置が設けられており、これによって揮発性の成分を脱気ゾーン2から吸い出すことができる。
−調量ゾーン1において溶融されて、接続する脱気ゾーン2において脱気された溶融物は、駆動ゾーン3を通って移動しなくてはならず、かつ下流で排出ゾーン4において圧縮され、かつ搬出される。
−第1のモノスクリュセクション10;
−多数の遊星スクリュ30を備えたマルチスクリュセクション20、および
−第2のモノスクリュセクション40
に分割されている。
−第1のモノスクリュセクション10;

Claims (12)
- プラスチック押出しのためのマルチスクリュ押出し機用の押出し機スクリュ(100;100’)であって、少なくとも、
−プラスチックを溶融しかつ均一化するための吸込み兼調量ゾーン(1;1’)、気体成分を排出するための脱気ゾーン(2;2’)、および圧縮および/または排出ゾーン(4;4’)と、
−複数の遊星スクリュ(30;30’)を有するマルチスクリュセクション(20;20’)であって、前記遊星スクリュ(30;30’)が、少なくともその長さの一部にわたって前記押出し機スクリュ(100;100’)の外周部において開放されている、マルチスクリュセクション(20;20’)と、
−駆動ゾーン(3;3’)であって、該駆動ゾーン(3;3’)において前記遊星スクリュ(30;30’)が歯列(33;33’)を介して中心軸(26’)における外歯列に係合しているか、または前記マルチスクリュ押出し機のステータリングの内歯列または押出し機孔の内壁の内歯列に係合している、駆動ゾーン(3;3’)と、
を含んでいる、押出し機スクリュ(100;100’)において、
前記吸込み兼調量ゾーン(1;1’)は、前記マルチスクリュセクション(20;20’)内にまで延びており、前記遊星スクリュ(30;30’)の、前記調量ゾーン(1;1’)内に位置しているそれぞれの部分が、少なくとも部分的に覆われている

−前記調量ゾーン(1;1’)は、前記円錐部分(21;21’)を介して、前記マルチスクリュセクション(20;20’)における遊星スクリュハウジング(23;23’)内にまで延びていて、該遊星スクリュハウジング(23;23’)において前記遊星スクリュ(30;30’)は、その長さの少なくとも一部にわたって取り囲まれている、
