Claims (13)
- 多角形の横断面を有する細長い可撓性コアと、
いくつかの固体照明要素が取り付けられた可撓性回路ストリップであって、前記コアの周囲に螺旋状に巻き付けられた可撓性回路ストリップと、を備える照明デバイスであって、
前記可撓性回路ストリップに取り付けられた第1の組のコネクタを更に備え、前記第1の組のコネクタと前記固体照明要素とが、前記コアの異なる面に配置されており、前記第1の組のコネクタが、前記固体照明要素を電源に電気的に接続するように適合されている、照明デバイス。 - 前記照明デバイスは、少なくとも2つの平行ではない方向に曲げることができる、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記コアは、0.001GPa〜1GPa、あるいは0.1GPa〜1GPaの範囲内の弾性率を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記コアは、5MPa〜50MPa、あるいは25MPa〜50MPaの範囲内の降伏強度を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記コアは、プラスチック材料で作製されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 可撓性の光透過性ハウジングを更に備え、前記コア及び前記可撓性回路ストリップは、前記ハウジングの内部に配置されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第1の組のコネクタを互いに電気的に接続する電線を更に備え、前記電線は、前記第1の組のコネクタが配置された前記コアの面に沿って延びている、請求項5又は6に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記可撓性回路ストリップに取り付けられた第2の組のコネクタを更に備え、前記第2の組のコネクタは、前記固体照明要素を電源に電気的に接続するように適合されており、前記第1の組のコネクタ及び前記固体照明要素とは異なる前記コアの面に配置されている、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第2の組のコネクタを互いに電気的に接続する電線を更に備え、前記電線は、前記第2の組のコネクタが配置された前記コアの面に沿って延びている、請求項8に記載の照明デバイス。
- 照明デバイスを製造する方法であって、
多角形の横断面を有する細長い可撓性コアを準備するステップと、
いくつかの固体照明要素が取り付けられた可撓性回路ストリップを準備するステップと、
前記可撓性回路ストリップを前記コアの周囲に螺旋状に巻き付けるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記可撓性回路ストリップを前記コアの周囲に螺旋状に巻き付けるステップは、前記固体照明要素の全てを前記コアの単一の面に配置することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性回路ストリップを前記コアの周囲に螺旋状に巻き付けるステップは、前記固体照明要素の全てを前記コアの2つ以上の面に配置することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性回路ストリップ及び前記コアをオーバーモールドして、可撓性の光透過性ハウジングを形成するステップ、又は
前記可撓性回路ストリップ及び前記コアを予め形成された可撓性の光透過性ハウジングに挿入するステップを更に含む、請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
