Abstract
Description
本明細書において、「繊維」という用語は、繊維特性をもたらすために十分な量の繊維を含む材料を表す。セルロース系材料は、そのような繊維状材料の典型的な例である。
「綿系」材料という用語、または「綿混合品」という用語には、40%以上の綿を含む全ての材料が含まれる。しかしながら、少なくとも70%の綿を含む材料を使用することが好ましい。一部の原料には「純粋な」綿または「100%綿」と表示されているが、通常は最大10%のその他の材料が含まれている。したがって、本明細書において、全ての「綿繊維製品」は、最大10%のその他の材料を含むと想定されている。

Claims (7)
- 繊維製品材料に、2つ以上の、化学処理工程および/または酵素処理工程が施される繊維製品材料の精製方法であって、化学処理工程として、アルカリ抽出を実施することを特徴とする繊維製品材料の精製方法。
- 化学処理工程で酸を利用すること、好ましくはアルカリ処理された材料を酸で処理すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 室温でのアルカリ抽出、熱アルカリ抽出、酸処理、オゾン処理、過酸化物処理および酵素処理から、化学処理工程を選択することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- アルカリ抽出を実施し、続いてオゾン処理、または過酸化物処理、またはその両方を実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理工程の前に、40重量%を超える、好ましくは41〜70重量%の固形分で、繊維製品材料を提供することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 化学的に処理された繊維製品材料にカルバメート化工程を、好ましくは固形分が約70重量%の材料を用いて、実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- セルロースカルバメートの製造における、繊維紡糸における、またはビスコースの置換における、またはビスコース、N−メチル−モルホリン−N−酸化物(NMMO)、もしくはイオン液体、もしくはBiocelsolの製造のための出発物質としての、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法を使用して処理された材料の使用。
