Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 削孔径(d2)を有する切削孔(27)及びコア径(d1)を有する掘削コア(26)を形成する、湿式コアドリル用ビット(10、40)のためのドリルシャフト(18、48)を製造する方法であって、
個数Nの(以下「N、N≧1の」と記す)のストリップ材料(31、53A、53B、53C)を管体(32、54)へと成形する工程と、
前記管体(32、54)をストリップエッジでN個の接続溶接(33、55A、55B、55C)により一体的に接合する工程と
を備え、
前記N、N≧1のストリップ材料(31、53A、53B、53C)の内の少なくとも1つのストリップ材料に、前記ストリップエッジの一体接合前に、少なくとも1つの凹部(37A、37B、37C、59)を設ける、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記N、N≧1のストリップ材料(31)は螺旋管状体(32)へと成形され、前記螺旋管状体(32)はN個の螺旋状接続溶接(33)によりストリップエッジで一体的に接合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記N、N≧1のストリップ材料(53A、53B、53C)は長手方向管体(54)へと成形され、前記長手方向管体(54)はN個の長手方向接続溶接(55A、55B、55C)により前記ストリップエッジで一体的に接合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記管体(32、54)の凹部(37A、37B、37C、59)が、前記ドリルシャフト(18、48)の内側(35、57)に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記管体(32、54)の凹部が、前記ドリルシャフト(18、48)の外側(34、56)に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記管体(32、54)の凹部(37A、37B、37C、59)が前記ドリルシャフト(18、48)の内側(35、57)に形成され、少なくとも1つの前記管体(32、54)の凹部が前記ドリルシャフト(18、48)の外側(34、56)に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の方法。
