Abstract
Description
センサは付加製造プロセスで溶解される粉末層の頂面に比べて異なるz高さにあるので、ビームがセンサに当たる時、そのセンサからの検出信号は、電子ビームの「焦点ずれ」に対する補正がなされるべきである。電子ビームの最適化は、センサのある高さに対してではなく、粉末層の頂面に対してなされるべきである。
Claims (14)
- 3次元物品の連続する断面に対応する、粉末床の部分を連続的に溶融することで、少なくとも1つの3次元物品を形成する装置であって、
真空チャンバ内に設けられた加工テーブルの頂部に粉末層を均一に分配させるように構成された粉末分配器と、
前記3次元物品の前記断面に対応する、選択された位置の粉末層を溶融するように構成された電子ビームを放出する電子ビーム発生源と、
を備え、
前記粉末分配器は、前記粉末床の上方に所定の距離で移動可能に設けられた細長いロッドであって、その中心軸が前記加工テーブルの頂面に平行であり、前記粉末分配器には少なくとも1つのセンサが前記電子ビーム発生源に対向して設けられ、前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、少なくとも1つの開口を有する少なくとも1つの金属プレートであり、
さらに、
前記センサが、前記電子ビームと相互作用しているときに、X線及び/又は2次電子を検出するための、少なくとも1つの検出器、
を備える、装置。 - 前記開口には中空パターンが設けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中空パターンは、前記プレートより原子番号の高い材料でできている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記粉末分配器の頂面に直接取り付けられている、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記粉末分配器の上方の所定の距離に取り付けられている、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記プレートは、前記粉末分配器とは異なる材料でできている、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記粉末分配器の中心軸に沿って移動可能に配置されている、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記加工テーブルに垂直な方向に移動可能に配置されている、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 3次元物品の連続する断面に対応する粉末床部分を連続的に溶融することで、少なくとも1つの3次元物品を形成する方法であって、
粉末層を粉末分配器を用いて加工テーブルの上に均一に分配するステップと、
前記3次元物品の前記断面に対応する選択された位置において、前記粉末層を溶融するために電子ビームを照射するステップと、
前記電子ビームと、前記粉末分配器に取り付けられたセンサであって前記電子ビーム源に対向する少なくとも1つの開口を備える金属プレートであるセンサとの相互作用により生じるX線及び/又は2次電子を、少なくとも1つの検出器を用いて検出するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記電子ビームと前記少なくとも1つのセンサとの相互作用により生じる前記X線及び/又は前記2次電子は、前記粉末分配器の移動中に検出される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電子ビームと前記少なくとも1つのセンサとの相互作用により生じる前記X線及び/又は前記2次電子は、前記粉末分配器の複数の所定位置において検出される、請求項9又は請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記X線及び/又は前記2次電子は、前記粉末分配器が静止しているときに、前記複数の所定位置で検出される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記センサからの前記X線及び/又は前記2次電子の前記検出は、前記加工テーブルの頂部に前記粉末層を分配している間に遂行される、請求項9〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記センサからの前記X線及び/又は前記2次電子の前記検出は、粉末層が溶融された後で、かつ新しい粉末層が分配される前に遂行される、請求項19〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
