Description
−1.3〜1.5W/kgの範囲でのP1.0;50Hzおよび2.8〜3.3W/kgの範囲でのP1.5;50Hz、ならびに/もしくは1.49〜1.55Tの範囲でのJ2500の電界強度および1.60〜1.65Tの範囲でのJ5000の電界強度、または
−1.35〜1.5W/kgの範囲でのP1.0;50Hzおよび3.0〜3.3W/kgの範囲でのP1.5;50Hz、ならびに/もしくは1.49〜1.57Tの範囲でのJ2500の電界強度および1.60〜1.65Tの範囲でのJ5000の電界強度、または
−1.0〜1.1W/kgの範囲でのP1.0;50Hzおよび2.4〜2.8W/kgの範囲でのP1.5;50Hz、ならびに/もしくは1.52〜1.54Tの範囲でのJ2500の電界強度および1.61〜1.63Tの範囲でのJ5000の電界強度の範囲での損失を有する。
−第1の電気鋼帯層を提供すること、
−高分子量のアクリレート系コポリマーおよび架橋剤からなるポリマー組成物で第1の電気鋼帯層を被覆すること、
−被覆された第1の電気鋼帯層を加熱すること、
−第2の電気鋼帯層を提供して、加熱すること、
−3〜20μmの範囲の層厚を有する高分子量の架橋アクリレート系コポリマーからなるポリマー層を有する複合材料を得るために、2つの電気鋼帯層を積層すること
の工程段階を含む、複合シートを連続的に製造するためのプロセスに関する。
−1.3〜1.5W/kgの範囲でのP1.0;50Hzおよび2.8〜3.3W/kgの範囲でのP1.5;50Hz、ならびに/もしくは1.49〜1.55Tの範囲でのJ2500の電界強度および1.60〜1.65Tの範囲でのJ5000の電界強度、または
−1.35〜1.5W/kgの範囲でのP1.0;50Hzおよび3.0〜3.3W/kgの範囲でのP1.5;50Hz、ならびに/もしくは1.49〜1.57Tの範囲でのJ2500の電界強度および1.60〜1.65Tの範囲でのJ5000の電界強度、または

−本発明の複合材料を提供する工程、
−複合材料から多数の薄層を分離する工程、ならびに
−薄層を結合して固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックを形成する工程
を含む、固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックを製造するためのプロセスに関する。
まず最初に、高分子量のアクリレート系コポリマーおよび架橋剤からなるポリマー組成物を製造した。
ポリマー組成物を使用して3つの複合材料を製造した。この目的のために、いずれの場合も、各片の片側が、電気絶縁ワニス(Stabolit(登録商標)20)(層厚1μm)で被覆されている電気鋼帯型280−30AP(厚さ300μm)、M330−35A(厚さ350μm)、およびM330−50A(厚さ500μm)の2つの電気鋼帯片を積層法により結合した。

Claims (16)
- 特に固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックに使用するための複合材料であって、
−第1および第2の電気鋼帯層、および
−それらの間に配置されたポリマー層を含み、前記ポリマー層が、高分子量の架橋アクリレート系コポリマーからなり、3〜20μmの範囲の層厚を有する、複合材料。 - 高分子量の前記架橋アクリレート系コポリマーが、
−少なくとも
−それぞれが1〜12個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を有するアルキルアクリレートエステルモノマー単位および/またはアルキルメタクリレートエステルモノマー単位、
−グリシジルモノマー単位、
−不飽和カルボン酸モノマー単位
の共重合化混合物と、
−架橋剤と
から構成される、請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記共重合化混合物が、500〜1500kDaの範囲の平均モル質量を有する、請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記電気鋼帯層が、50〜1500μmの範囲の層厚を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記電気鋼帯層が、0.5〜2μmの範囲の層厚を有する絶縁層を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 複合材料を連続的に製造するための方法であって、
−第1の電気鋼帯層を提供すること、
−高分子量のアクリレート系コポリマーおよび架橋剤からなるポリマー組成物で前記第1の電気鋼帯層を被覆すること、
−前記被覆された第1の電気鋼帯層を加熱すること、
−第2の電気鋼帯層を提供して、加熱すること、
−3〜20μmの範囲の層厚を有する高分子量の架橋アクリレート系コポリマーからなるポリマー層を有する複合材料を得るために、2つの電気鋼帯層を積層すること
の工程段階を含む、方法。 - 高分子量の前記架橋アクリレート系コポリマーが、少なくとも
−それぞれが1〜12個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を有するアルキルアクリレートエステルモノマー単位および/またはアルキルメタクリレートエステルモノマー単位、
−グリシジルモノマー単位、ならびに
−不飽和カルボン酸モノマー単位
の共重合化混合物から形成される、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記電気鋼帯層が、150〜250℃の範囲の温度に加熱される、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造された、複合材料。
- DIN EN 60404−2により決定した、0.7〜7W/kgの範囲でのP1.0;50Hzおよび1.9〜15W/kgの範囲でのP1.5;50Hz、ならびに/または1.49〜1.7Tの範囲でのJ2500の電界強度および1.6〜1.8Tの範囲でのJ5000の電界強度の損失を有する、請求項9に記載の複合材料。
- 請求項1〜5または9もしくは10のいずれか一項に記載の多数の複合材料の層を含む、固定子スタック。
- 請求項1〜5または9もしくは10のいずれか一項に記載の多数の複合材料の層を含む、回転子スタック。
- 請求項11または12に記載の固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックを備える、電動機。
- 請求項11または12に記載の固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックを備える、発電機。
- 固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックを製造するための方法であって、
−請求項1〜5または9もしくは10のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料を提供する工程、
−前記複合材料から多数の薄層を分離する工程、ならびに
−前記薄層を結合して固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックを形成する工程
を含む、方法。 - 電動機および/または発電機用の固定子スタックおよび/または回転子スタックを製造するための、請求項1〜5または9もしくは10のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の使用。
