Abstract
Description
具体的な実施例として、図6のグラフにおいて、(a)〜(f)データのすう勢線の分析によって次の数式を導出することができる。
実施例1〜4のサンプルとして、図3に示したような形態でバッテリーパックPを構成し、ICBにチップサーミスタが実装されるように構成し、集積回路基板Iの上の温度を測定した。そして、バッテリーパックの周辺温度条件を異ならせながら本発明によるバッテリー温度推定装置を用いてバッテリーパックに備えられた特定の二次電池の温度を推定するようにした。特に、実施例1は、バッテリーパックの周辺温度が−20℃である温度条件で行い、実施例2はバッテリーパックの周辺温度が0℃である温度条件で行った。また、実施例3及び実施例4は、バッテリーパックの周辺温度が各々25℃及び50℃である温度条件で行った。
Claims (11)
- 一つ以上の二次電池を備えるバッテリーパックにおいて少なくとも一つの二次電池の温度を推定するバッテリー温度推定装置であって、
前記バッテリーパックに備えられた集積回路基板の上に装着され、前記集積回路基板の上の温度を測定する基板温度測定部と、
前記基板温度測定部によって測定された前記集積回路基板の上の温度及び前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度を用いて、前記二次電池の温度を演算する演算部と、を含むバッテリー温度推定装置。 - 前記演算部は、前記集積回路基板の上の温度と前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度との差に、前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度に対応する補正ファクターを反映し、前記二次電池の温度を演算する請求項1に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 前記演算部は、前記集積回路基板の上の温度と前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度との差に前記補正ファクターを掛けた値を用いて、前記二次電池の温度を演算する請求項2に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 前記演算部は、前記集積回路基板の上の温度と前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度との差に前記補正ファクターを掛けた値に、前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度を足すことで前記二次電池の温度を演算する請求項3に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度に対応する補正ファクターを保存し、保存された前記補正ファクターを前記演算部に伝達するメモリー部をさらに含む請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 前記メモリー部は、温度測定実験から得た二次電池の測定温度、集積回路基板の上の測定温度及びバッテリーパックの測定周辺温度に基づいて定義された前記補正ファクターを保存する請求項5に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 前記補正ファクターは、前記二次電池の測定温度と前記バッテリーパックの測定周辺温度との差値を、前記集積回路基板の上の測定温度と前記バッテリーパックの測定周辺温度との差値で割った値の平均値と、前記バッテリーパックの測定周辺温度と、に基づいて定義された補正係数を備える請求項6に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 前記演算部は、前記補正係数を用いて前記二次電池の温度を演算する請求項7に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度を測定し、測定された前記周辺温度を前記演算部に伝達する周辺温度測定部をさらに含む請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー温度推定装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 一つ以上の二次電池を備えるバッテリーパックにおいて少なくとも一つの二次電池の温度を推定するバッテリー温度推定方法であって、
前記バッテリーパックに備えられた集積回路基板の上の温度を測定する段階と、
前記温度測定段階で測定された前記集積回路基板の上の温度と前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度との差に、前記バッテリーパックの周辺温度に対応する補正ファクターを反映して前記二次電池の温度を演算する段階と、を含むバッテリー温度推定方法。
