Abstract
Description
永久磁場を発生させるとともに、レンズを載置する可動部材と、
通電により可変磁場を発生させる固定部材と、
前記可動部材の上端と前記固定部材の上端とを接続して固定する上部弾性部材と、
前記可動部材の下端と前記固定部材の下端とを接続して固定する下部弾性部材と、を含み、
永久磁場と可変磁場との間の相互作用力で前記可動部材を駆動して光軸方向に移動させ、前記上部弾性部材及び下部弾性部材の弾性力と、永久磁場と可変磁場との間の相互作用力とは、一対の平衡力を構成して、共同で前記可動部材を制御してそれを合焦位置に保持し、前記上部弾性部材及び/又は下部弾性部材は、上記弾性部材である。
レンズを載置し、前記上部弾性部材の内側と前記下部弾性部材の内側とを接続して固定する載置体と、
前記載置体に固設され、永久磁場を発生させる永久磁石群と、を含む。
前記下部弾性部材の外側を接続して固定するベースと、
前記ベースに嵌着され、前記上部弾性部材の外側を接続して固定するハウジングと、
前記可動部材の外周を取り囲み、通電により可変磁場を発生させるコイルとを含む。
(実施例1)
図2に示すように、合焦装置に用いられる弾性部材3は、弾性材料で製造された環状構造であり、内側31に合焦装置の可動部材が固定的に接続され、外側32に合焦装置の固定部材が固定的に接続される。
(実施例2)
永久磁場を発生させるとともに、レンズを載置する可動部材1と、
通電により可変磁場を発生させる固定部材2と、
前記可動部材1の上端と前記固定部材2の上端とを接続する上部弾性部材3Aと、
前記可動部材1の下端と前記固定部材2の下端とを接続する下部弾性部材3Bと、を含み、
永久磁場と可変磁場との間の相互作用力で前記可動部材1を駆動して光軸方向に移動させ、前記上部弾性部材3A及び下部弾性部材3Bの弾性力と、永久磁場と可変磁場との間の相互作用力とは、一対の平衡力を構成して、共同で前記可動部材1を制御してそれを合焦位置に保持し、前記上部弾性部材3A及び/又は下部弾性部材3Bは、実施例1に記載の弾性部材3である。
レンズを載置し、前記上部弾性部材の内側と前記下部弾性部材の内側とを接続して固定する載置体11と、
前記載置体11に固設され、永久磁場を発生させる永久磁石群12と、を含む。
前記下部弾性部材3Bの外側を接続して固定するベース22と、
前記ベース22に嵌着され、前記上部弾性部材3Aの外側を接続して固定するハウジング24と、
前記可動部材1の外周を取り囲み、通電により可変磁場を発生させるコイル23とを含む。
(実施例3)
Claims (10)
- 合焦装置に用いられる弾性部材であって、弾性材料で製造された環状構造であり、内側に合焦装置の可動部材が固定的に接続され、外側に合焦装置の固定部材が固定的に接続されることを特徴とする弾性部材。
- それと同心の少なくとも1つの環状突起構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性部材。
- 前記環状突起構造の横断面は、C字状、U字状、W字状又はS字状をなすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弾性部材。
- 永久磁場を発生させるとともに、レンズを載置する可動部材と、
通電により可変磁場を発生させる固定部材と、
前記可動部材の上端と前記固定部材の上端とを接続して固定する上部弾性部材と、
前記可動部材の下端と前記固定部材の下端とを接続して固定する下部弾性部材と、を含み、
永久磁場と可変磁場との間の相互作用力で前記可動部材を駆動して光軸方向に移動させ、前記上部弾性部材及び下部弾性部材の弾性力と、永久磁場と可変磁場との間の相互作用力とは、一対の平衡力を構成して、共同で前記可動部材を制御してそれを合焦位置に保持し、
前記上部弾性部材及び/又は下部弾性部材は、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弾性部材であることを特徴とする合焦装置。 - 前記可動部材は、前記固定部材内に収容されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の合焦装置。
- 前記上部弾性部材及び/又は下部弾性部材は、前記可動部材と固定部材との間の隙間を密封することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の合焦装置。
- 前記可動部材は、
レンズを載置し、前記上部弾性部材の内側と前記下部弾性部材の内側とを接続して固定する載置体と、
前記載置体に固設され、永久磁場を発生させる永久磁石群と、を含む請求項4又は5に記載の合焦装置。 - 前記固定部材は、
前記下部弾性部材の外側を接続して固定するベースと、
前記ベースに嵌着され、前記上部弾性部材の外側を接続して固定するハウジングと、
前記可動部材の外周を取り囲み、通電により可変磁場を発生させるコイルとを含む請求項4又は5に記載の合焦装置。 - 前記固定部材は、前記ベースに設けられ、前記可動部材の外周を取り囲み、前記コイルを巻き付けるための環状ホルダーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合焦装置。
- 請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載の合焦装置を含むことを特徴とする撮像モジュール。
