Abstract
Description
− エンジンの排気ガスの温度値が、第1の温度閾値未満であると、リッチネス値が、理論混合値より高い第1のリッチネス値に設定されるステップと、
− 温度値が、第1の閾値より高い第2の温度閾値を超えると、リッチネス値が、第1のリッチネス値より高い第2のリッチネス値に直ちに設定されるステップと、
− 温度値が、第1の閾値と第2の閾値との間にあると、リッチネス値が、第1のリッチネス値から、最大で第2のリッチネス値に漸次増えるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする。
(数式1) rn+1=max(r2;rn+k×(r2−r1)×dt)、
この数式において、
− rn+1は、この方法の瞬間tn+1にて計算されたリッチネス値を示す、
− rnは、この方法の瞬間tnにて計算されたリッチネス値を示す、
− kは、リッチネスが増えるレートを示すポジティブ定数係数を示す。
Claims (6)
- 点火制御式内燃エンジンのリッチネス(r)を調整する方法であって、前記リッチネスの値は、前記エンジンが全負荷付近での運転中でなければ、理論混合値付近に設定され、エンジントルク(C)が、最大エンジントルク(Cmax)より低いトルク閾値(Cs)を超えると、前記理論混合値より高い値付近に設定され、
前記トルク(C)が、前記トルク閾値(Cs)を超えると、
− 前記エンジンの排気ガスの温度値(θexh)が、第1の温度閾値(θ1)未満であ場合、前記リッチネス値(r)が、前記理論混合値より高い第1のリッチネス値(r1)に設定されるステップ(400)と、
− 前記温度値(θexh)が、前記第1の閾値(θ1)より高い第2の温度閾値(θ2)を上回る場合、前記リッチネス値(r)が、前記第1のリッチネス値(r1)より高い第2のリッチネス値(r2)に直ちに設定されるステップ(800)と、
− 前記温度値(θexh)が、前記第1の閾値(θ1)と前記第2の閾値(θ2)との間にある場合、前記リッチネス値が、前記第1のリッチネス値(r1)から、最大で前記第2のリッチネス値(r2)に漸次増えるステップ(900)とを含むことを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記第1のリッチネス値(r1)は、1.00と1.05との間にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のリッチネス値(r1)は、1.01に実質的に等しい、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のリッチネス値(r2)は、前記エンジンが、エンジン速度(N)及び前記エンジントルク(C)に安定した運転点での運転中に、前記エンジンの前記排気ガスの前記温度(θexh)が、前記第2の温度閾値(θ2)に等しくなるよう、前記速度(N)及び前記トルク(C)にしたがって設定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の温度閾値(θ2)は、950℃と980℃との間にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リッチネス(r)における、前記第1のリッチネス値(r1)から、最大で前記第2のリッチネス値(r2)への漸次的増加は、時間に応じた線形の増加である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
