Abstract
Description
一実施態様による多層粘着テープは、優れたリワーク性により、再施工の際に除去が容易である。
一実施態様による多層粘着テープは、優れた段差埋め込み性を有する。
本明細書において、ある部分がある構成要素を「含む」とする時、これは、特に反する記載がない限り、他の構成要素を除くものではなく、他の構成要素をさらに含んでもよいことを意味する。
本明細書において、用語「モノマーの重合単位」とは、そのモノマーが重合反応を経てその重合体の骨格、例えば、主鎖または側鎖を形成している形態を意味する。
本明細書において、単位「重量部」とは、各成分間の重量の比率を意味する。
一実施態様において、第1外郭粘着層、中間粘着層および第2外郭粘着層が順次設けられ、前記中間粘着層はアルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重合単位、カルボキシ基含有モノマーの重合単位およびアクリルアミド系モノマーの重合単位を含む中間粘着重合体を含む、多層粘着テープが提供される。
下記の表1のとおりに、実施例1および2、比較例1〜5および参考例1による中間粘着剤組成物を製造した。
さらに、組成物100重量部に対して、88重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、10重量部のテトラヒドロフルフリルメタクリレート、2重量部のアクリル酸を含む外郭粘着剤組成物を製造した。
*IBOMA:イソボルニルメタクリレート(isobonyl metacrylate)
*AA:アクリル酸(acrylic acid)
*HBA:ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(hydroxybuylacrylate)
*DMAA:ジメチルアクリルアミド(dimethylacrylamide)
実施例1および2、比較例1〜5および参考例1により製造された多層粘着テープの物性の評価結果を下記の表2に示す。
1.1T厚さのガラス基板上に製造された多層粘着テープを貼り付け、前記多層粘着テープ上に0.55T厚さのガラス基板を積層した後、40℃および4bar条件のオートクレーブに20分間放置した。そして、3Jのメタルハライド光を照射する光源を0.55T厚さのガラス基板に隣接するように位置させた後に露光した。さらに、80℃および95RH%条件で3日間放置し、30分間常温で放置した後の多層粘着テープの全体面積で発生した白濁の発生面積を調査して白濁現象を評価した。具体的には、多層粘着テープの全体面積における白濁の発生面積が10%未満の場合には「◎」に、10%以上30%未満の場合には「○」に、30%以上50%未満の場合には「△」に、50%以上の場合には「×」に評価した。
20μmの印刷段差を有するベゼル部および印刷段差のない画面部を有するガラス基板上に製造された多層粘着テープを貼り付け、その上に0.55T厚さのガラス基板を積層した。そして、40℃および4bar条件のオートクレーブに20分間放置した後、ベゼル部の4個の頂点部分での段差を十分に克服できないために生成される気泡の個数および24時間経過後の画面部での遅延気泡(delayed bubble)を確認して段差埋め込み性を評価した。具体的には、遅延気泡が2個以下であり、遅延気泡(delayed bubble)が発生しない場合には「◎」に、遅延気泡が2〜3個であり、遅延気泡(delayed bubble)が弱く発生する場合には「○」に、遅延気泡が3〜4個であり、遅延気泡(delayed bubble)が強く発生する場合には「△」に、遅延気泡が4個以上であり、遅延気泡(delayed bubble)が強く発生する場合には「×」に評価した。
リワーク性の評価
製造された多層粘着テープをガラス基板に貼り付け、40℃および4bar条件のオートクレーブに20分間放置した後、多層粘着テープを除去する時、多層粘着テープが切れずに一度に全て除去される場合には「◎」に、多層粘着テープが切れるが、5回以下の除去作業が必要な場合には「○」に、多層粘着テープが容易に切れて6回以上の除去作業が必要な場合には「△」に、多層粘着テープが容易に切れて除去作業が不可能な場合には「×」に評価した。
中間粘着層の厚さを30μm、第1外郭粘着層および第2外郭粘着層の各々の厚さを60μmに調節したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法により多層粘着テープを製造した。
中間粘着層の厚さを100μm、第1外郭粘着層および第2外郭粘着層の各々の厚さを25μmに調節したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法により多層粘着テープを製造した。
実施例1、参考例2および参考例3の各層の厚さおよび製造された多層粘着テープの前記実験例1における同様の方法の物性の評価結果を下記の表3に示す。

Claims (10)
- 第1外郭粘着層、中間粘着層および第2外郭粘着層が順次設けられ、
前記中間粘着層はアルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重合単位、カルボキシ基含有モノマーの重合単位およびアクリルアミド系モノマーの重合単位を含む中間粘着重合体を含む、多層粘着テープ。 - 前記カルボキシ基含有モノマーの重合単位の含量は、前記中間粘着重合体100重量部に対して1重量部以上15重量部以下である、請求項1に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記アクリルアミド系モノマーの重合単位の含量は、前記中間粘着重合体100重量部に対して1重量部以上15重量部以下である、請求項1または2に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記カルボキシ基含有モノマーの重合単位と前記アクリルアミド系モノマーの重合単位の重量比は、1:0.1〜1:1.8である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記第1外郭粘着層および前記第2外郭粘着層は、各々、アルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重合単位および架橋性モノマーの重合単位を含む外郭粘着重合体を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記架橋性モノマーの重合単位の含量は、前記外郭粘着重合体100重量部に対して1重量部以上30重量部以下である、請求項5に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記中間粘着層の厚さは、30μm以上100μm以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記第1外郭粘着層および前記第2外郭粘着層の厚さは、各々、25μm以上60μm以下である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記第1外郭粘着層と前記中間粘着層の厚さ比、および前記第2外郭粘着層と前記中間粘着層の厚さ比は、各々、1:0.5〜1:2である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記多層粘着テープは、前記第1外郭粘着層と中間粘着層との間に設けられた第1界面混合層、および前記第2外郭粘着層と前記中間粘着層との間に設けられた第2界面混合層をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
