膜を、標準条件(室温および1バール圧)で5分間、2m3/時の脱イオン水(脱イオン水)で予めすすいだ。次いで、膜を、クエン酸(pH2.5)を用いて40℃で20分間洗浄した後、10分間DI水中ですすいだ。膜を、pH11.5の水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)を用いて40〜45℃で20分間さらに洗浄した。
1000ppmの活性界面活性剤溶液(脱イオン水中)を、(上記の方法により)予備洗浄およびコンディショニングした限外ろ過膜上で40〜45℃、2バール、アルカリ性条件pH11.5、流速5m3/時で、0.15m2/膜タイプを介して30分間予備循環させた。
Bはラウリルジメチルアミンオキシドである。
Cは、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム塩(C10〜C14)である。
Dは酸性の2−エチルヘキシル硫酸ナトリウム、酸性である。
Eは2−エチルヘキシル硫酸ナトリウム、アルカリ性である。
Fは2−エチルヘキシル硫酸ナトリウム、アルカリ性300ppm+ラウリルジメチルアミンオキシド100ppmである。
Gは、2−エチルヘキシル硫酸ナトリウム、アルカリ性50ppm+ラウリルジメチルアミンオキシド100ppmである。
界面活性剤残留物が少ないことが膜洗浄組成物にとって重要であるが、洗浄組成物の洗浄性能が高い水準であることもまた重要である。
Claims (11)
- 膜を洗浄するための洗浄組成物として使用するための組成物であって、前記組成物は、少なくとも1種のアミンオキシドおよび少なくとも1種のアルキルサルフェートを含み、前記組成物を用いて洗浄される膜上に残留する前記組成物は、50mg/m2未満である、組成物。
- 前記組成物を使用して洗浄された膜上に残留する前記組成物は、20mg/m2未満である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物を使用して洗浄された膜上に残留する前記組成物は、10mg/m2未満である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種のアミンオキシドが、一般式R1R2R3N+O-を有し、式中、R1は、任意に置換されたC4〜C20アルキルから選択され、R2およびR3は独立して、任意に置換されたC1〜C5アルキルから選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種のアミンオキシドがラウリルジメチルアミンオキシドを含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が複数種のアミンオキシドを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種のアルキルサルフェートが、2−エチルヘキシルサルフェートを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種のアルキルサルフェートが、2−エチルヘキシルサルフェートを含み、前記少なくとも1種のアミンオキシドが、ラウリルジメチルアミンオキシドを含む、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 膜を洗浄する方法であって、
a)請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物を提供する工程と、
b)前記組成物を膜に適用する工程と、
c)前記膜をすすいで、前記膜から前記組成物の少なくとも大部分を除去する工程と、を含み、
前記膜をすすぐ前記工程の後、前記膜に含まれる前記洗浄組成物が50mg/m2未満である、方法。 - 前記膜をすすぐ前記工程の後に、前記膜に含まれる前記洗浄組成物が20mg/m2未満である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 食品の加工に使用される膜を洗浄するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
