Abstract
Description
平均粒子サイズを有するWC及び3wt%のCoでできた混合物を混合し、18時間ブレンドし、加圧し、減圧条件下で1時間にわたって1410℃で焼結した。焼結後、超硬合金は、Co金属結合相中に組み込まれたWCからなる。焼結された一片を、その後、1時間にわたって1410℃で第2の焼結工程に供した。
WC、6wt%のCo及び追加の余剰の炭素でできた混合物を混合し、18時間ブレンドし、加圧し、減圧条件下で1時間にわたって1410℃で焼結した。焼結後、超硬合金は、Co金属結合相中に組み込まれたWCを含んだ。保磁力は、DIN ISO 3326に従ってFoerster Koerzimat CS1.096を使用して測定して18kA/mであった。
Claims (12)
- 極低温冷却剤が使用される、Ti、Ti合金又はNi基合金における機械加工のための、WCと、1から5wt%の含有量の結合相とを含み、1.2から8μmの平均WC粒子サイズを有する超硬合金基材を含む切削工具の使用。
- 冷却剤が液体窒素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 冷却剤が液体CO2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 旋削操作が、30から200m/分のVc、0.1から5mmのap及び0.05から0.4mm/rev供給速度で操作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 冷却剤が外部冷却を通して提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 冷却剤が、工具ホルダを通る内部冷却を通して提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 冷却剤が、工具ホルダ及び切削工具を通る内部冷却を通して提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 超硬合金中のWCの平均粒子サイズが2から5μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 結合相が2から4wt%の量のコバルトであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 切削工具がコーティングされていないことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- 切削工具にコーティングが施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具の使用。
- − WCと、1から5wt%の含有量の結合相とを含み、1.2から8μmの平均WC粒子サイズを有する超硬合金基材を含む切削工具の使用、並びに
− 極低温冷却剤の使用
