Claims (10)
- 圧接で工具を製造する方法であって、
上面に工具先端部を有する第1金属部材の第1連接面を該第1金属部材の再結晶温度以上まで加熱する工程と、
第2金属部材の第2連接面を該第2金属部材の再結晶温度以上まで加熱する工程と、
該第1金属部材及び該第2金属部材のすでに加熱された第1連接面及び第2連接面を対向させて押圧し、該第1連接面及び第2連接面の温度が再結晶温度以下に下がるまで冷却させる工程と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする、圧接で工具を製造する方法。 - 前記第1金属部材の該第1連接面を加熱する前に、該第1金属部材を焼結することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法。
- 前記工具先端部を備えた該第1金属部材が3Dプリントの方法で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法。
- 前記第2金属部材が、その該第2連接面が加熱される前に、切削生産技術で製造されて成ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法。
- 前記切削生産技術がミリングの方法であり、ドリルビット溝が該方法を通じて該第2金属部材の殻層にミリングで成形されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法。
- 前記第2金属部材の別の第2連接面を再結晶温度以上まで加熱し、該別の第2連接面と該第1金属部材に連接された第1連接面の位置が反対である工程と、第3金属部材の第3連接面を再結晶温度以上まで加熱する工程と、該第2金属部材、該第3金属部材のすでに加熱された該第2連接面及び該第3連接面を対向させて押圧し、該第2連接面及び該第3連接面の温度を該再結晶温度以下まで下げる工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法。
- 前記第3金属部材の該第3連接面を加熱する前に、該第3金属部材を焼結することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法。
- 前記第3金属部材が焼結により製造され、該第3金属部材が工具をチャックに固定するために用いる連接部材を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の圧接で工具を製造する方法により製造されたことを特徴とする、圧接で製造した工具。
- 前記工具がドリルビット、スクリュードライバーまたはタップレンチであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧接で製造した工具。
