Description

Claims (20)
- 外科的訓練のための器械であって、
ハンドル組立体に取り外し可能に連結されたシャフト組立体を有し、前記ハンドル組立体は、遠位端部およびハンドルに作動可能に連結された近位端部を有する運動アームを含み、前記シャフト組立体は、前記シャフト組立体の遠位端部のところに位置するツール要素、ルーメン、および近位端部および前記ツール要素に連結された遠位端部を有するロッドを含み、前記ロッドは、前記ルーメン内に設けられ、前記シャフト組立体の前記近位端部は、前記ロッドの前記近位端部が前記運動アームの前記遠位端部に連結されるよう前記ハンドル組立体に取り外し可能に連結され、前記ハンドルのところでの作動により、前記運動アームおよび前記ロッドは、前記ツール要素を作動させ、
前記ハンドル組立体に直接取り付けられるとともに訓練手技中、訓練環境に関する前記器械の少なくとも1つの関連データを収集して伝送するよう構成された少なくとも1つのセンサを有し、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサに接続されていて、前記データを受け取り、記憶し、そして処理するとともに前記訓練手技後に少なくとも1つのフィードバックをユーザに出力するよう構成されたコンピュータシステムを有する、器械。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記運動アームに設けられたひずみ計を含む、請求項1記載の器械。
- 前記ひずみ計は、前記ツール要素のところで前記ユーザによって加えられた力を前記訓練環境との関係で測定するよう構成されている、請求項1または2記載の器械。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、加速度計、ジャイロスコープおよび磁石計を含む、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の器械。
- 前記ロッドの前記近位端部は、前記運動アームの前記遠位端部のところに設けられた球形スロットに連結されるよう構成されたボール端部を含む、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の器械。
- 前記ツール要素は、鋏、把持器、または切開用器として構成されている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の器械。
- 前記訓練環境は、内部を備えた腹腔鏡訓練装置および前記腹腔鏡訓練装置の前記内部に納められた少なくとも1つの模擬組織を含む、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の器械。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィードバックは、前記ユーザによって前記訓練手技を完了させるまでの時間、熟練者によって前記訓練手技を完了させるまでの時間、前記訓練を完了させるまでの平均時間、前記訓練手技に関するユーザの動作の無駄のなさ、前記訓練手技に関する熟練者の動作の無駄のなさ、前記訓練手技に関する全てのユーザの動作の無駄のなさの平均、前記訓練手技に関する熟練者の器械先端部の経路長を前記ユーザの経路長さで除算して得られる値、前記訓練手技に関して1人または2人以上の熟練ユーザの前記器械先端部の経路長を全てのユーザの平均経路長で除算して得られる値、前記訓練手技に関する前記ユーザの動作の滑らかさ、前記訓練手技に関する熟練者の動作の滑らかさ、前記訓練手技に関して全てのユーザの平均の動作の滑らかさから成る群から選択される、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の器械。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィードバックは、前記ユーザによって前記訓練手技を完了させるまでの時間であり、該完了させるまでの時間は、前記器械の空き時間を含まない、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の器械。
- 前記訓練手技は、前記コンピュータ上に表示される複数の既定の訓練手技からユーザによって選択される、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の器械。
- 外科的訓練のための方法であって、
互換性のあるシャフト組立体に連結されたハンドル組立体を有する少なくとも1つの外科用器械を用意するステップを含み、前記外科用器械は、全て前記ハンドル組立体に直接取り付けられるとともにコンピュータに作動可能に接続されかつ少なくとも1つのデータを収集するよう構成されたひずみ計、加速度計、ジャイロスコープおよび磁石計を有し、
腹腔鏡訓練装置および前記腹腔鏡訓練装置内に配置された少なくとも1つの模擬組織を用意するステップを含み、
一群の既定の外科的手技を前記コンピュータ上に用意するステップを含み、
前記一群の既定の外科的手技から既定の外科的手技を選択するステップを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの外科用器械を用いた少なくとも1人のユーザによって前記選択された既定の外科的手技を前記腹腔鏡訓練装置内に配置された前記少なくとも1つの模擬組織に対して実施するステップを含み、
前記ひずみ計、前記加速度計、前記ジャイロスコープ、および前記磁石計のうちの1つまたは2つ以上からデータを収集するステップを含み、前記データは、前記選択された既定の外科的手技に関連付けられ、
前記データから少なくとも1つの情報を計算するステップを含み、
前記選択された既定の外科的手技の完了時、前記少なくとも1つの情報および/またはデータを前記コンピュータ上で前記ユーザに提供するステップを含み、前記少なくとも1つの情報および/またはデータは、前記少なくとも1人のユーザについて収集されたデータに基づいている、方法。 - 前記コンピュータ上で前記選択された既定の外科的手技のプレビューを前記ユーザに提供するステップをさらに含み、前記プレビューは、入門的ビデオ、模範的ビデオ、外科用器械のリスト、および学習目的のリストのうちの1つまたは2つ以上を含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザによって実行されている間における前記既定外科的手技のライブビデオ画像をコンピュータ上で提供するステップをさらに含む、請求項11または12記載の方法。
- ライブビデオ画像を提供する前記ステップは、前記ライブビデオ画像と同一のスクリーン上で前記選択された既定外科的手技を実施するための各外科的ステップを順次提供するステップを含む、請求項11〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの情報および/またはデータを提供する前記ステップは、前記選択された既定の外科的手技の完了時におけるかつ前記選択された既定の外科的手技に関連付けられたユーザに関する前記少なくとも1つの情報および/またはデータと少なくとも1人の他のユーザに関する前記少なくとも1つの情報および/またはデータの比較結果を提供するステップを含む、請求項11〜14のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 腹腔鏡訓練装置であって、
底部と、
前記底部を包囲した少なくとも1つの側壁と、
頂部の少なくとも一部分を画定する穿通可能な模擬腹壁とを有し、前記頂部は、前記少なくとも1つの側壁によって境界付けられた内部を画定するよう前記底部から間隔を置いて配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁は、前記内部へのアクセスを可能にするために開閉するよう構成された扉を含み、前記扉は、前記訓練装置の外部から内部に延びる孔を有し、それにより前記孔を経て前記内部への接近が可能であり、前記扉は、前記頂部と前記底部との間に延びかつ前記孔の開設場所において前記訓練装置に固定的でありながら取り外し可能に連結された互換性のあるアダプタを有する、腹腔鏡訓練装置。 - 前記アダプタは、前記扉が閉じ位置にあるときに扉の前記孔と一致する孔を有し、前記アダプタは、ルーメンを有する管状模擬組織構造体を取り付けて前記扉の前記孔を介して前記模擬組織構造体の前記ルーメンの内部への接近を可能にするよう構成されている、請求項16記載の腹腔鏡訓練装置。
- 前記アダプタは、前記扉の前記孔を閉塞するとともに光がキャビティに入るのを阻止するよう寸法決めされるとともに形作られている、請求項16または17記載の腹腔鏡訓練装置。
- ベースを有する互換性のあるトレーを摺動可能に受け入れて支持するための1対のレールをさらに有し、前記ベースは、前記訓練装置の前記底部から間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項16〜18のうちいずれか一に記載の腹腔鏡訓練装置。
- 前記訓練装置の底部に連結されかつ該底部から下方に延びる足部をさらに有し、前記足部は、前記訓練装置の振動を減衰させるとともに/あるいは前記訓練装置を自己水平化するよう軟質シリコーン組成物を有する、請求項16〜19のうちいずれか一に記載の腹腔鏡訓練装置。
