Abstract
Description
本発明は、金属を含まない抗菌性及びUV保護添加物であって、細菌、真菌、藻類及び地衣類の増殖を排除するために並びに材料を紫外(UV)線から保護するために、しっくい、モルタル、下塗り、ペイント及び他の保護又は装飾コーティングなどの、建材又は仕上げ材に使用することができる添加物に関する。
ペイント、インク及びコーティングの改善されたレオロジー特性を提供するために使用される幾つかの親有機性粘土組成物が知られている。
提案される金属を含まない抗菌性及びUV保護添加物は、混合層イライト−スメクタイト、緑泥石、イライト、炭酸塩、シリカ及びヘマタイトを含む。本添加物は、次の比率の構成要素、重量%:40〜70%の混合層親有機性イライト−スメクタイト;5〜10%の緑泥石;5〜10%のイライト;0〜20%の炭酸塩;5〜20%のシリカ;0〜3%のヘマタイトを含有する。前記混合層イライト−スメクタイトは、前もって、混合層イライト−スメクタイトの必要量からカウントして10〜30重量%の量で使用される第四級アンモニウム化合物で親有機化される。
本発明は、提案される添加物の可能な実施形態のいくつかが省略形「P1/C1−10」(ここで、P1〜P7は、表1からの割合を有する組成物混合物であり、「C1−10」(及びその他)−表2からの割合を有する、第四級アンモニウム化合物の例)で記載される、以下の実施例によってさらに説明される。
添加物材料の抗真菌活性の測定のために、真菌株クラドスポリウム・ヘルバルム(Cladosporium herbarum)MSCL 258 アルテルナリア・ブラシシコラ(Alternaria brassicicola)MSCL 260を使用した。真菌を、22℃で48h、Malt Extract agar(麦芽エキス寒天)(Becton & Dickinson,USA)上で培養した。0.05又は0.5gの量の添加物の粉末を量り取り、ペトリ皿に入れた。25mlの量のLiquefied Malt Extract Agar(液化麦芽エキス寒天)を添加し、粉末と注意深く混合した。これは、媒体中の0.2%又は2.0%粉末濃度をもたらした。媒体の固化後に、濁度OD540=0.16±0.02の真菌培養物の懸濁液を、ペトリ皿上に一様に広げた。抗真菌活性は、22℃で4日間培養後の真菌増殖の抑制に基づいて評価し、4点尺度を用いて表した。結果を表3及び表4にリストアップする。
被検抗菌性添加物の粉末の抗細菌活性の測定のために、細菌株シュードモナス・エルギノーサ(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)MSCL 331及びスタフィロコッカス・アウレウス(Staphylococcus aureus)MSCL 334を使用した。細菌を、37℃で24h、Plate Count Agar(Bio-Rad,France)上で培養した。0.05又は0.5gの量の添加物粉末試料を量り取り、ペトリ皿に入れた。25mlの量のLiquefied Mueller-Hinton Agar(液化ミューラー−ヒントン寒天)を添加し、粉末と注意深く混合した。これは、媒体中の0.2%又は2.0%粉末濃度をもたらした。媒体の固化後に、濁度OD540=0.16±0.02の細菌培養物の懸濁液を使用し、ペトリ皿上に一様に広げた。抗細菌活性は、37℃で2日間培養後の細菌増殖の抑制に基づいて評価し、4点尺度を用いて表した。結果を表5にリストアップする。
アマニ油ペルニカを保護するための提案される抗菌性及びUV保護添加物の抗真菌活性の測定のために、真菌株クラドスポリウム・ヘルバルム(Cladosporium herbarum)MSCL 258を使用した。真菌を、22℃で48h、Malt Extract Agar(Becton & Dickinson,USA)上で培養した。濁度OD540=0.16±0.02の真菌培養物の懸濁液を、滅菌ペトリ皿に置かれた合板試料上に広げた。抗真菌活性は、22℃で7日間培養後の真菌増殖の抑制に基づいて評価し、4点尺度を用いて表した。結果を表6にリストアップする。
セメント−石灰系モルタル及び石灰系ペイントに混ぜ込まれた場合の提案される抗菌性及びUV保護添加物の抗真菌活性の測定のために、添加物を、モルタル及びペイントの乾燥部の質量の0%及び2%の割合で混合し、表7に記載される異なる組み合わせを比較した。抗真菌活性の測定のために、真菌株クラドスポリウム・ヘルバルム(Cladosporium herbarum)MSCL 258及びアルテルナリア・ブラシシコラ(Alternaria brassicicola)MSCL 260を使用した。真菌を、22℃で48h、Malt Extract Agar(Becton & Dickinson,USA)上で培養した。濁度OD540=0.16±0.02の真菌培養物の懸濁液を使用し、Malt Extract Agarありのペトリ皿上に一様に広げた。被検材料を、植菌されたペトリ皿の表面上に置いた。抗真菌活性は、22℃で2〜7日間培養後の被検材料周りの抑制域のサイズに基づいて評価した。結果を3点尺度で表した。結果を表7にリストアップする。
導入される添加物(P4/C2−18)なし及びありの歴史的石灰系ペイントを、他の処理なしで非改修建物の北側に塗装した。添加された添加物なしの塗装エリア上での微生物増殖に気付いた後、微生物塗布検査は、微生物が緑藻類クロロフィタ(Chlorophyta)であることを示した。得られた結果(図1)は、藻類増殖の抑制が提案される添加物によってもたらされることを示す。
10の連続サイクルのテストランがあった。各サイクルにおいて、20グラムの抗菌性添加物(P4/C1−23)を1リットルの水に混ぜ込み、4h混合し、70℃で24h乾燥させた。毎5サイクル後の活性物質ウォッシュアウトの測定−450℃までの加熱、加熱質量損失の計算%。
本添加物のUV保護特性の測定のために、樹脂中の提供される添加物ありの合板の積層樹脂フィルムを、UV線で処理し、そして後でCIELAB(又はCIE L*a*b*、CIE Lab)標準試験手順を用いて合板の非処理フィルムからの色差を計算した。添加物P4/C1−23の乾燥粉末を、ラミネーション紙フィルムを調製するための乾燥部分又は樹脂の質量の割合0%、12%及び20%で液体ラミネーション樹脂に混ぜ込んだ。異なる割合での提供される添加物を、樹脂に等しく混ぜ込んだ。ラミネーション紙を、異なる割合の提供される添加物を含有する樹脂中へ浸漬し、乾燥させ、後でホットプレス法を用いて合板上に積層した。異なる割合の提供される添加物を含有する積層樹脂フィルムは、視覚により異ならなかった。ラミネーション後に、0%及び12%を含有する合板試料を、UV保護特性を測定するために選んだ。調製試料を2つの部分に切断し、各試料の1つの部分を、UV系暴露で百倍試料を処理することによって、合板生産プロセスに用いられるUVライン系で処理した。UV保護特性は、CIELAB手順を用いて計算された色差(デルタ)に基づいて評価した。各試料デルタCIELABを計算するために、データを20点から採取し、図2に示される各試料の平均デルタCIELABを計算した。
Claims (6)
- 混合層イライト−スメクタイト、緑泥石、イライト、炭酸塩、シリカ及びヘマタイトを含む抗菌性及びUV保護添加物であって、前記添加物が、次の比率の構成要素、重量%:
− 40〜70%の混合層イライト−スメクタイト、
− 5〜10%の緑泥石、
− 5〜10%のイライト、
− 0〜20%の炭酸塩、
− 5〜20%のシリカ、
− 0〜3%のヘマタイト
を含有し、
前記混合層イライト−スメクタイトが、前もって、前記混合層イライト−スメクタイトの必要量からカウントして10〜30重量%の量で使用される第四級アンモニウム化合物で親有機化される添加物。 - 炭酸塩が、方解石及びドロマイトからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の抗菌性添加物。
- 前記第四級アンモニウム化合物が、モノメチル、ジメチル、トリメチル又は脂肪族若しくはアラルキル基でのそれらの置換体からなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の抗菌性添加物。
- 前記第四級アンモニウム化合物が、8〜18個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つの長い脂肪族鎖を持っている、請求項1又は2に記載の抗菌性添加物。
- 前記第四級アンモニウム化合物が、クロリド及びブロミドからなるハライドの群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の抗菌性添加物。
- 割合(質量混合比)建材又は仕上げ材:前記添加物−1:500〜1:5で請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性及びUV保護添加物を含む、しっくい、モルタル、下塗り、ペイント、保護又は装飾コーティングなどの、建材又は仕上げ材。
