Claims (10)
- 流体を調量する弁(1)、特に、内燃機関の燃料噴射弁であって、
電磁アクチュエータ(10)と、
前記アクチュエータ(10)により操作可能な弁ニードル(5)と、
を備え、
前記弁ニードル(5)には、前記アクチュエータ(10)のアーマチャ(6)が案内されており、前記弁ニードル(5)には、前記アーマチャ(6)の移動を前記弁ニードル(5)に対して相対的に制限するストッパ要素(7)が配置されており、前記アーマチャ(6)は、前記ストッパ要素(7)に向かって開いているバネ収容部(25)を有し、前記バネ収容部(25)には、前記ストッパ要素(7)で支持されたバネ(27)が嵌め込まれている、前記弁(1)において、
前記弁ニードル(5)は、前記アーマチャ(6)及び/又は前記ストッパ要素(7)を介して、ハウジング(2)の長手方向軸(4)に沿って案内されており、前記長手方向軸(4)に沿って見て、前記バネ収容部(25)の長さ(f)が、操作されていない初期状態における前記バネ(27)のバネ長(F)よりも短いことを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 前記アーマチャ(6)には、前記ストッパ要素(7)寄りのガイドウェブ(28)が形成され、前記ガイドウェブ(28)は、前記アーマチャ(6)を前記長手方向軸(4)に沿って前記弁ニードル(5)上を案内し、及び/又は、
前記バネ収容部(25)は、前記弁ニードル(5)には隣接していない環状溝(25)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。 - 前記アーマチャ(6)には、前記ストッパ要素(7)とは反対を向いたガイド延長部(40)が設けられ、前記ガイド延長部(40)は、前記アーマチャ(6)を前記長手方向軸(4)に沿って前記弁ニードル(5)上を案内することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記ガイド延長部(40)は、前記アーマチャ(6)に形成され、又は、前記ガイド延長部(40)は、材料結合により前記アーマチャ(6)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の弁。
- 前記ガイド延長部(40)は、スリーブ状のガイド延長部(40)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の弁。
- 前記長手方向軸(4)に沿って見て、前記アーマチャ(6)が前記弁ニードル(5)上を案内されるガイド長(s+s’+l)は、アーマチャ長(L)よりも短くなく、及び/又は、
前記アーマチャ(6)が前記弁ニードル(5)上を案内される前記ガイド長は、前記アーマチャ(6)の、前記バネ収容部(25)の前記長さ(f)の分だけ短くなった長さ(l)に、ガイドウェブ(28)の長さ(s)及び/又はガイド延長部(40)の長さ(s’)が加算されて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の弁。 - 操作された際に、前記バネ(27)は、前記アーマチャ(6)の前記バネ収容部(25)により予め設定される、前記バネ収容部(25)の前記長さ(f)に縮みうることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記アーマチャ(6)は、前記長手方向軸(4)に沿って延在する少なくとも1つの貫通口(51〜54)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの貫通口(51〜54)は、前記バネ収容部(25)と交差していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 少なくとも1つの貫通孔(51〜54)が、周面方向(55)にじん臓形状に延在して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパ要素(7)は、前記長手方向軸(4)に関して所定の外径(D)を有する中空円筒状の基本形状に基づいており、前記基本形状の外面(32)には、少なくとも1つの凹所(61〜64)が、前記長手方向軸に関する所定の直径(d)に達するところまで形成されており、前記バネ(27)のための支持領域(60)が、前記ストッパ要素(7)の前記所定の外径(D)より内側で、かつ前記ストッパ要素(7)の前記所定の外径(d)より外側に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
