Claims (13)
- 陽極、ブンリマック及び陰極が順次積層された構造の電極組立体をパウチケース内に収容するパウチ形二次電池であって、
前記パウチケース内に位置し、前記パウチの内圧増加によってトリガーされる弾性部材によって前記パウチケースにガス排出のための貫通孔を形成するベンティング誘導装置を含む、パウチ形二次電池。 - 前記ベンティング誘導装置は、
前記パウチの体積膨張によって収縮する圧力感知部材と、
前記圧力感知部材と連通しており、収縮する圧力感知部材の内側に移動するトリガーと、
前記トリガーによって延びた状態で固定されている弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材が収縮することによってパウチケースを貫いて開口を形成する貫通部材と、
前記弾性部材を収納し、前記トリガー及び貫通部材の移動通路が形成されているケースと、を含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ形二次電池。 - 前記弾性部材は、トリガーが除去されると、延びた状態から弾性力によって収縮する、請求項2に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記貫通部材は、弾性部材と隣接して位置する状態で、弾性部材の収縮時にパウチケースの平面に対して直角方向に移動して開口を形成する、請求項2に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記弾性部材の収縮により、弾性部材の一側端に連結されたテーパー部が貫通部材をパウチケースの方向に押し出す、請求項4に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記弾性部材はスプリング又はゴムである、請求項2に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記ベンティング誘導装置は、前記ケースの長軸方向が電極端子の突出した電極組立体の側面に平行に位置する、請求項1に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記ベンティング誘導装置はパウチケース内の電極タブ及び電極リードの結合部に隣接して位置する、請求項1に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記ケースは前記パウチケースのシーリング部によって固定される、請求項2に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記圧力感知部材の内圧は膨張したパウチケースの内圧より低い、請求項2に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記ケースに形成された貫通部材の移動通路は少なくとも2個以上である、請求項2に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 前記ベンティング誘導装置を2個以上含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ形二次電池。
- 請求項1に記載のパウチ形二次電池を含む、電池パック。
